REPAIR TO FLOOR AND WALL TILES AT JALAPAHAR AND KATAPAHAR UNDER AGE (I) DARJEELING

Dismantling boarding, any description fixed in any position with nails, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile 600 x 600 mm, in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shades of tiles over 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layers in CM 1:6 complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per serial item No. 03 as in skirting/dado, laid over 10 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:3 on walls set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile 400 x 400 mm, in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shades of tiles over 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layers in CM 1:6 complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per serial item No. 05 as in skirting/dado, laid over 10 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:3 on walls set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F Glazed ceramic coloured tiles of 450x300x7mm thick tiles on vertical surfaces set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over 10 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:3 on walls, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F coloured non-skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shades of tiles over 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layers in CM 1:6 complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for providing glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 300x200 mm (6 to 7 mm thick) as in vetical surface set in cement slurry jointed & pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface of tile laid over 10 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:3 on walls , complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in flooring and finishing the surfaces rough to receive screed bed, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
