Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and paving’s not exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) with complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 75 mm thick, PCC 1:3:6 type C-2, (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in path finishing cement concrete surface even and fair without using extra cement spike rolling to surface or making impression of expanded metal, whilst the concrete is green.

M & L for screed bed or bedding layers 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 for laying floor tiles with complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Chequered cement concrete tiles 20cmx20cmx25cm thick with gre cement and no pigment, set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing, cement concrete type B1 (1:2:4) using 20 mm graded aggregate in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges with complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing precast cement concrete block of PCC (1:3:6) type-C1 in masonry with solid blocks, exceeding 10cm in width & set in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L PCC 1:4:8 type C2, (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in parapet ,retaining wall etc

Taking down cement plaster on brick, concrete stone surfaces etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc.

M & L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on brick or concrete surfaces with cement finishing the surfaces even & fair.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type with complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes each n exc 0.5 cum and getting out in hard/dense soil, returning, filling in and ramming earth in layers n exc 25 cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 m and making good surface.

M&L PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete etc all as specified & directed.

M&L for providing RCC (1:2:4), type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in precast posts, fencing posts, straining or terminal posts, struts etc. for fencing average sectional area exc 100 sq cm and n exc 250 sq cm, all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 6 mm to 8mm dia and over in stirrups, spaces and binders.

S&F MS Screw bolts 12 mm dia (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, embeded in RCC post, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt exc 10 cm but n. exc 15 cm long.

S&F Mild Steel Flats 40 x 6 mm thick in wind ties for roof inclduding securing bolts, posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165.

Material supply only MS galvanised chain link fencing any size or type.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards rails, straining bolts, etc, including provision of binding wire.

S&F 10 mm dia bars as stiffening member in fencing including securing the fencing.

M&L for applying two coat of synthetic enamal paint over a coat of red oxide primer on steel surfaces of any descripition over 10 cm width or girth etc. complete.

S&F galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc as directed.

M&L for two coats of white wash including preparation of new concrete surfaces of fencing posts etc all as specified.

Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block with gray cement and pigment any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Demolation of Brickor stone/boulder masonry laid by CM complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate )as in foundation bed concrete.

M&L for stone walling built in CM 1:6 in random rubble masonary, uncoursed, well bounded solidlly hearted built in retaining wall, abutment and similar work.

M & L for hand packing with broken stone/ boulderbehind backing of retaining wall,in layesr etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping incuding necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in bond stone etc

M&L for raised pointing to random rubble masonry , uncoursed or brought upto courses in CM 1:4.

S&F 75mm dia PVC (SWR) pipe in any length with rubber joint laid in trenches or floors.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc

S&F framed work as in doors or gates of angle with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc. complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Door, etc to be prepared for hanging with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel, sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete conforming to Fe.410-W (Gde-E-250)

S&F 4mm dia galvanised steel wire, 150x100mm mesh, made up into mattresses or cages, lapped. Wired and laid in position including all accessories such as U clamps, thimbles and laid in position including closing after filling, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for boulder pitching, laid dry, hand packed tightly, in vertical bunds with sloping face as in wire crate apron bunds (wire crate measured separately).
