Providing and fixing teak wood frame of H-section or of appropriate design around the bathroom/toilet mirror at airport, including groove for Housing LED strip light, polishing, finishing, and complete in all respects as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. • Material: First class, seasoned teak wood, free from knots and warps. • Section: H-shaped, thickness 25 mm (± 2 mm) and width 50 mm (± 2 mm). • Groove: Continuous machine-cut groove of 12 mm (W) × 12 mm (D) (or as per LED strip size) on inner side of frame to house LED strip light, ensuring proper heat dissipation. • LED String/Strip Light: To be fixed behind and within the groove, with concealed wiring arrangement. • Finish: Smooth machine-planed surface, melamine/polish with moisture-resistant coating suitable for humid bathroom conditions. • Fixing: Brass screws and concealed fasteners, with all mitred joints properly joined and polished. • Measurement: Length to be measured in meters along the perimeter of the mirror (outer edge of frame).

Supplying, fixing, testing, and commissioning of flexible LED strip light of approved make, color temperature 4000 K (neutral white), mounted inside groove of teak wood frame around bathroom mirror, including driver/transformer, wiring, connections, and complete in all respects as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. • LED Type: Flexible strip, high brightness SMD LED, min. 12 W per meter, IP65 moisture resistant. • Driver: Branded constant-voltage driver, 230V input, 12/24V DC output, concealed in accessible junction box. • Fixing: With suitable clips/adhesive inside groove, concealed wiring with FRLS copper wire, proper heat dissipation. • Testing: To be tested and commissioned after installation. • Measurement: Length of LED strip installed in meters (m).
