Note : (i) The unit rate shall be deemed to included for Test point, 32mmx6mm GI strip from top of the earth plate upto 7.50m above ground level. In case, GI protection pipe required is less than 7.50m, no price adjustment shall be made. (ii) PCC pit shall be provided at least 500mm away from the earth pit and not just on the earth pit and extra cost of additional length of water pipes and fittings, junctions, elbow etc shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by the tenderer.

Cable jointing kit for 1100 Volts grade LT cable for straight through heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 25 sqmm 3.5/4 core to 95 sqmm 3.5 core including dismantling & taking out old unserviceable jointing kit complete all as specified and directed

Cable jointing kit for 1100 Volts grade LT cable for straight through heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sqmm 3.5 core to 120 sqmm 3.5 core including dismantling & taking out old unserviceable jointing kit complete all as specified and directed

Excavation in trenches, in any type of soil and getting and not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundation etc. or for laying of cables, pipes, erection of poles, structs/stays etc. or for shafts, manholes, pier holes, etc not exceeding 10 sqm on plan complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified.

Removal of excavated soil/ material to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50 metre above the starting point complete all as specified.

Stone patti 40 to 50mm thick rough dressed Jodhpur stone slab cover in trenches for protection of cable 25 to 35cm wide and not less than 80cm in length laid dry abutting each other with gap between adjacent slab not exceeding 10mm over sand cushioning complete all as specified and directed.

Dry tibba sand cushioning to underground cable provided with a layer of 8cm deep before laying cable and 15cm after laying of cable and punned to 18cm after laying of cable and cover for protection of underground cable complete all as specified and directed. Notes :- (i) Approved dry sand free from vegetation, grass and other deleterious substances shall be used. (ii) For the purpose of payment only punned thickness shall be measured for payment.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty LT under ground electric cable (ISI marked) with aluminium stranded conductor 1100 Volt grade cross sectional area 35 sqmm 3.5 core laid in trenches/ducts, through pipe, under floors or roads/along poles including taking down old unserviceable cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty LT under ground electric cable (ISI marked) with aluminium stranded conductor 1100 Volt grade cross sectional area 50 sqmm 3.5 core laid in trenches/ducts, through pipe, under floors or roads/along poles including taking down old unserviceable cable complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out the old unserviceable LT under ground cable after disconnecting from over head line and panel rated voltage of 1100 volts from trenches, pole etc and relaying the same after jointing or necessary repair work and testing XLPE insulated PVC outer seathed and PVC inner sheath, galvanised steel strips armoured and reconnecting the cable from over head line and panel suitable for rated voltage of 1100 volts grade Earthed system of size 25-95 sqmm 4/3.5 core and laid in treches/ducts/pipe or on road/pole complete all as specified and directed. Note: excavation and earth work joints will be measured and paid seprately.

Galvanized steel water tubing light grade of 40mm bore with & including all fittings complete, laid in trenches, including taking up or down old unserviceable steel water tubing and connections of 40mm bore, complete all as specified and directed.

Galvanized steel water tubing light grade of 50mm bore with & including all fittings complete, laid in trenches, including taking up or down old unserviceable steel water tubing and connections of 50mm bore, complete all as specified and directed.

Boring Hole/Drilling (Horizontally) under the road / pavement / hard standing with the help of trenchless and necessary machine for inserting Galvanised steel pipe of size 100/80mm not less than one metre below ground level complete all as specified and directed. Note : GI pipe shall be measured and paid for seperately in respective items.

Galvanised strip 32x6mm buried in ground and connected with aluminium strip by means of brazing or fixing on wall including taking down old unserviceable complete all as specified and directed. Note : Nut, bolt and other items included in quoted rate by the tenderer.)

Copper strip 20x3mm with saddles and fixing screws etc for roof conductors and down condoctors above ground including taking down old unserviceable complete all as specified and directed.

Air termination, Single Pointed, copper rod 12mm dia and 300mm long and fixing to GI pipe with clamps, nuts, bolts and washers including taking down old unserviceable complete all as specified and directed.

Test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm, drilled and screwed including 3 Nos, 8mm dia, 25mm long hexaguanal head screw including taking down old unserviceable complete all as directed and directed.

Steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-55 (11.00 mtr long) including painting of poles with two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer with and embedded portion shall be painted with two coat of black paint including dismantling of old unserviceable steel tubular poles complete all as specified and directed in IS including the following:- (i) Excavation in post holes in any type of soil, return filling, well ramming and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50mtr from the starting point. (ii) PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation upto ground level complete all as specified and directed. (iii) PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping including necessary formwork as required. (iv) PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping including necessary formwork as required complete all as specified and directed (v) Writing letters of figures (Block, Roman, Itallicor Indian) with thick enamel paint pait of approved shade not exceeding 5cm height in numbering of Each Pole.
