Construction of Nayepurwa to Trivedipurwa link road

Construction of Embankment / Patri with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5 m, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300-1 and 300.2 per Technical Specification Clause 301.5

Construction of granular sub-base (grading-1) by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 22.4-53mm size to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, screening Type-B to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405.

Construction of un-reinforced, plain cement concrete pavement,thikness as per design, over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement or as per clause 1501.2.2 M30@ 400 kg per cum, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity appropriate weight batcher using approved mix design,laid in approved fixed side formwork(steel channel,laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film,wedges ,steel plate including leweling the form work as per drawing), compound(where specified) and water finishing to lines and grades as per drawing and technical specification Clause 1501.

Construction of Culvert :- Excavation in foundations in ordinary soil (Loam clay or sand) including lift upto 1.5m. (5fts.) and lead upto 30m. (100fts.) & including filling, watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer-incharges upto a distance of 30m. (100 fts.) from the foundation trenches. Chapter 4 SOR 251

Providing and laying Cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 fine sand : 8 graded brick aggregate 40 mm. nominal size) including supply of all materials, labour and T & P etc. required for proper completion of the work and curing complete, also including cost of formwork in foundation and floors. First Class brick work in 1 : 4 cement and course sand in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour and T & P etc. required for proper completion of the work. Chapter 6 SOR 305 b

Stuck pointing in 1:2 cement and fine sand mortar on brick work including supply of all materials, labour and T and P etc Requuired for proper completion of work as per S.I No. 574, Chapter 13

Supply & laying of 600mm dia NP3 hume pipe including fixing of collar with 1:2 cement mortar. Chapter 20

Providing and fixing of informatory sign board of MS Plates of 1.6mm thick size 1200 x 900 duly welded on angle iron frame 45x45x5 with cross legged flat iron of 35x6mm duly welded for gross support of vertical angle iron post of 3 meter height. Lower end of vertical support will be welded to 2 No 75x75mm of 12 SWG sheet duly embedded in cement concrete in M-15 grade blocks of 450x450x600mm, 600 below ground level. All MS will be stove enameled on both sides, Lettering and printing arrows, boarder etc. will be painted with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of superior quality in required shade and colour. All sections of framed posts and plates will be painted with primer and two coats of epoxy paint as er drawing clause-1701 and Annexure 1700.1, of SOR 2016-17 Misc Item No. 14
