Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Submersible Pumping Equipment with following specifications: - A. PUMP: - Discharge = 3000 GPH Head = 70 Mtr. Speed = 2900 Rpm Type of pump = Mixed flow Impeller = high tensile bronze conforming to IS 304/Leaded tin bronze IS 318/cast iron FG 200 of IS 210. Quality of Water to be handle= Ground Water B. MOTOR: - Rating = not less than 7.5 HP Method of starting = Star – Delta/Soft start Speed = 3000 (Syn). Voltage = 415 + 15 % Class of insulation = Suitable for above rating. The submersible motor shall be squirrel cage induction motor and the windings shall be wet type. The motor shall be suitable for operation on voltage and frequency conforming to IS: 585 – 1962 (with latest amendments). The motor shall have protection by means of cable glands, rubber seals etc. from ingress of bore well water, sand and other foreign material. The thrust bearing housing shall be provided with a drain plug to empty the oil / pure water filled into the thrust bearing housing / motor. The motor shall be made of corrosion resisting materials to resist corrosion under normal conditions and the motor shall have a name plate giving following information: - a) Induction motor b) Name of manufacturer c) Manufactures number and frame d) Type of duty e) Frequency in Hz. f) Number of phases g) Rated output in KW/HP h) Rated voltage and including connections. i) Approximate current in Ampere at rated output. j) Speed in revolutions per minute at rated output. The pumping unit shall also be provided with accessories / attachments viz. Requisite dia. G.I. Nipple one side flanged and other side threaded M.S, Trash guard for safety of pumping unit 5 mtr. Double submersible cable of requisite gauge as connection leads. The Job also includes Providing/Fitting of nuts, bolts as well as Extraction of old Pumping unit & lowering of new unit in to bore well The job includes providing and fitting of R. I. cloth joints/rubber washers with nuts, bolts and washers for all joints of column pipe. The job also includes lowering of pumping unit in the well then proper testing and commissioning of pumping unit on full load at site. Note: - The test certificate of submersible pumping equipment as per relevant IS be furnished at the time of submission of the product Invoice / payment claims No payment shall be made without the submission of the quality assurance / test certificates.

Raising of well casing 10”/8”12mm thick (MS) upto 1’height so as to prevent seepage of surface water in to well. The Job also includes Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. all work up to plinth level with 1: 2 : 4 ( 1 cement , 2 coarse sand , 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) --(3.09 cum).
