Providing and fixing aluminium sliding door bolts ISI marked anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade with nuts and screws etc. complete :

Providing and fixing aluminium tower bolts ISI marked anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868 ) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade with necessary screws etc. complete :

12 mm cement plaster of mix :

1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand)

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) :

For fixed portion

Anodised aluminium (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868, Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15)

For shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately).

Anodised aluminium (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868, Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15)

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge . (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item):

With float glass panes of 5 mm thickness (weight not less than 12.50 kg/sqm)

Providing and fixing double action hydraulic floor spring of approved brand and manufacture conforming to IS : 6315, having brand logo embossed on the body / plate with double spring mechanism and door weight upto 125 kg., for doors, including cost of cutting floors ,embedding in floors as required and making good the same matching to the existing floor finishing and cover plates with brass pivot and single piece M.S. sheet outer box with slide plate etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

With stainless steel cover plate minimum 1.25 mm thickness.

Providing and fixing 6 mm dia. G.I. level adjusting hangers (upto 1200mm length), fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40x3mm size 60 mm long and stainless steel expandable dash fastener of 12.5 mm dia and 50 mm long, complete as per direction of Engineer -in-charge.

Filling the gap in between aluminium frame & adjacent RCC/ Brick/ Stone work by providing weather silicon sealant over backer rod of approved quality as per architectural drawings and direction of Engineer-in-charge complete.

Upto 5mm depth and 5 mm width

Providing and fixing aluminium round shape handle of outer dia 100mm with SS screws etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Anodized (AC 15 ) aluminium

Fixining Dampere and Grill 300mm x 500mm size in existing false floor by cutting tiles ( Old Grill and Damper will be obtain from DR Room First Floor RTTC) etc all complete as per direction of E-I-C.

Closing Existing opening in raised floor tile by providing and fixing 12 mm thick glass after making appropriate groove and fixing glass with silicon adhesive complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Leveling of False floor tiles (undulated and sinked due to brocken pedestal heads) including replacement of brocken pedestal head by old one found from DR Room First Floor RTTC , required nuts and check nuts all complete as per direction of E-I-C.

Repairing of Existing False Ceiling including levelling , replacing brocken hangers, damaged members of false ceiling, cleaning false ceiling boards etc all complete as per direction of E-I-C.

Providing and fixnig 3 mm thick A.C.P. sheet of Silver colour of approved brand and fixing it in MS Steel window with Silicon adhesive all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Removing wall panelling and existing Aluminium sliding door shutter for fixing of Aluminium door frame for side hung double door shutter and refixing the wall panelling properly all complete as per direction of E-I-C.

Providing and fixining polyvinyl chloride sheet in flooring and skirting in approved pattarn on smooth and damp proof base using rubber base adhesive of approved quality and manufacture ie Dunlop,S-758,fevicole SR-998 or equivalent including rolling with light wooen roller weighing about 5 kg all complete as dideted by the Engineer in charge in approved colour and shade.
