(a) First layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 Kg/Sqm mixed with acrylic based polymer modified cementitious composite compound @0.253 Kg/Sqm. This layer allowed to air cure for 4 Hours. Concrete for sunken slabs shall be mixed with WP compounds as manufacturdrs instructions before carrying out water proofing treatment the sunken slab slab shall be tested with water for 48 hrs for any leakage/dampeness is seen in ceiling below, then treatment is again carried out to RCC slab and it is again tested ( Water proof compound rate is superatly.

(b). 50mm thick PCC at the bottom of slab and slope shall be 1:20 toward the corner of outer wall and GI pipe of 50mm dia (Med grade) be inserted at corner projecting outside 20 cm . (c). 15 mm plaster mised with WP Compound shall be provided while concrete is green (d). Only floor area shall be measured for payment purpose. (e). Treatement shall only be done from approved manufacturer & name of manufacturer required to be approved from GE before treatement.

Roof treatment :- (a) Apply a coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS - 3384 @ 0.40 Kg/Sqm on prepared surfaces. (b) After drying of primer apply a coat of hot blown 85/25 penetration grade blown bitumen conforming to (IS-702 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm of surfaces. (c) Provide APP modified polymeric five layered membrane with central core of 100 micron high molecular high density film. Minium width of APP modified water proofing membrane shall be 3 Kg per Sqm. Product Name Multi plus manufactured by M/S STP texa Ltd Gurgoan/Hyper Plus Standard Manufactured by IWL India ltd Chennai, Bengal Acquaflux manufactured by Bengal bitumen New Delhi/Superior plus 310 by STP Lfd and any other product as appproved by E-in-C Br will be used. APP membranne will be laid across the slop from lowest line of slopping roof toward ridge with minimum end lap of 150mm and side lap of 75mm bonded with hot blown.

(d) Over the APP membrane apply semi hot blown 85/25 grade bitumen penetration of bitumen when tested as perIS 1203 will not be more than 40/Confiming to IS 702 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm and blinded with fine sand in dry condition @ 0.50 Kg/Sqm dusted over the bvitumen coat. (e) Coved fillet in PCC (1:2:4) type BO radius 75mm shall be provided at the junction of roof and vertical surface such as parapet wall around opening and treatment mentioned above (except fine sand) shall be applied followed by a cement plaster 20mm thick in CM 1:6. Note : (i) Roof treatment work shall be carried out through approved manufacturers only or through their authorised personal only.

Cement concrete tiles 25cm x 25cm x 22mm thick, machine pressed; set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors including screed bed 10mm thick in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.
