Transporting of submersible pump and motor 1 HP to 3 HP from various location in AF Stn BKT without damaging any of the connected part with pump set and deliver neatly to authorised workshop by own arrangement of vehicle, dismantling and carrying out necessary repairs to pump and motor, reassembling after replacement of following items & jobs and transporting back to site and testing to entire satisfaction of EIC complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Spare parts required will be measured & paid separately here in after)

Supply only bushes of submersible motor as per manufacture's design and specification for item No 01.00 here in before .

Supply only Cutting out the existing winding from stator of submersible motor rewinding of submersible motor with existing size of copper wire for item No 01.00 here in before

Transporting of submersible pump and motor of capacity 15 HP to 30 HP 3 Phase without damaging any of the connected part with pump set and deliver neatly to authorised workshop by own arrangement of vehicle, dismantling and carrying out necessary repairs to pump and motor, reassembling after replacement of following items & jobs and transporting back to site and testing to entire satisfaction of EIC complete all as specified and directed. Labour only for cutting out the existing winding of stator of submersible motor of 25/30 HP,three phase and rewinding with PVC copper wire of existing size complete including varnishing etc all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Labour only for Straightening of the slot of submersible motor for item No 10.00 here in before

M & L for lowering of Pumpset any size of capacity 15 to 30 HP with existing column pipe including replacement of rubber packing and jointing cable & lowering and testing of Pump set for satisfactory run complete all as directed with column pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for taking out submersible pump set of 1 HP to 3 HP capacity from bore well including column pipe and connection cable, fitting through providing tripod assembly with chain pully in different locations of bore well and dismantling of cable, pumpset etc complete all as specified and directed

M & L for lowering of Pumpset any size of capacity 1 HP to 3 HP with existing column pipe including jointing cable & lowering and testing of Pump set for satisfactory run complete all as directed with column pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for replacement of submersible cable PVC insulated, overall PVC sheathed ,flat 10 Sqmm 3 core with copper conductor multistranded complete all as specified and directed . Make-Finolex/Plaza/CCI/Havells/Polycap.

S&F in repairs PVC insulated copper conductor multistranded submersible flat cable 4 sqmm cross sectional area, 3 core including jointing and testing complete all as specified and directed. Make - Finolex/Plaza/CCI/Havells/Polycap.

S & F chlorine Tablets of size 50.80 mm in diameter set of five complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing (in repair) DOL starter complete fitted with Voltmeter and Ampearmeter suitable for 1 HP single phase sumbersible pump set complete all as specified and directed. Make C&S/Crompton/Kirloskar

Supply only approved Calcium hypo Chlorite (65% to 70% Chlorine content in granular disinfectant) for water treatment complete all as specified and directed

Supply only approved TCC-90 complete all as specified and directed

M & L for replacement of sluice valve (ISI marked) PN 1.6 for distribution, rising main, wash out purpose to fix in pipe line complete with nut bolts, washers and rubber packing etc of dia 150 mm bore all as specified of dia 150 mm bore. Make-KIRLOSKAR /ZOLOTO/ Kartar/ BIR

M&L for repairing of pressure booster pump set Electric driven of capacity 1 HP single phase 230Volts,50Hz AC complete including replacement of unserviceable connecting accessories etc complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for repairing of monoblock pump set of capacity 1 HP to 5 HP including replacement of unserviceable parts and testing on completion as directed by EIC.

Supply & testing with orthodine solution (in 500 ml pack), complete all as approved & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for Transporting of centrifugal pumpset of capacity 10 HP from AF Stn BKT to authorised workshop, dismantling and carrying out following repairs to pump and motor,reassembling after replacement with new items & jobs and transporting back to site/store yard and testing to entire satisfaction of EIC complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Spare parts required will be measured & paid separately here in after)

M & L for Cutting and taking out burnt winding of motor of 10 HP capacity and rewinding with same size of copper wire as per existing quantity including varnishing backing and making connection all as directed.

Capsule should effectively chlorinate and disinfect entire swimming pool/drilling ditch at AF Stn BKT and should maintain chlorine concentration of 1ppm complete complete all as specified and directed

Supply only H2SO4 acid in sealed container for cleaning of swimming pool basement complete all as specified and directed

Chemical and bacteriological testing of water sample from approved laboratory to ensure portability of water complete all as directed. Note: 1. Water sample will be collected in sealed container from pump houses and various locations at AF Stn BKT as directed by Engr-in-Charge. 2. Testing of water like microbiological test,colour,turbidity. TDS,PH,DO and contamination test will be done on quarterly and keep in safe custody or as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
