CLEANING OF SEWAGE LINES, SEPTIC TANKS, MANHOLES AND REPAIRS TO BOUNDARY WALLS AND REPAIRS TO GATES, CERTAIN FLOORS TILES, WALL TILES AND WINDOWS ETC FOR CE RND AND DMDE AREAS UNDER AGE B/R -II SECUNDRABAD

Cleaning of Septic tanks of 150 users capacity by dewatering mechanically all the water, taking out the sludge/night soil, cleaning the chocked inlets, outlets of septic tanks, removing all the sludge outside MD land, complete all as directed.

M&L for Cleaning of all blockage of any type of sewage line i.e, branch sewer line, main sewer line etc., by rodding and cleaning/disludging of manholes of any section and depth mechanically using super jetting machine or by suitable means as ordered and making the sewage line functional, cleaning the trap,water closet,soil, waste/vent pipe,gully traps upto final drop out let into first manhole/septic tanks and removing the sludge/foreign material and depositing the same outside the MOD land complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Tentative quantities required to be cleaned per month shall be as under:- (a) 100mm bore sewage line -250Metre (b) 150mm bore sewage line -800Metre (c) 200mm bore sewage line -750 metre (d) Manholes of any size - 550 Nos (e) Trap/water closet -200 Nos The above mentioned quantities may be varied at the descretion of Engineer- in -charge as per requirement and nothing extra shall be claimed on this account.

Note :- (i) Adequate precautions and safely measures shall be taken while working under foul conditions and cost for the same shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (ii) Contractor or his representative shall collect the complaints from complaint cell in job cards (as per specimen attached as Annex ‘A’) from the concerned JE on all days and the complaint shall be attended & rectified by the contractor on priority depending on the nature & urgency of complaint.The job card shall be returned to JE on completion of the complaint and duly signed by the User/Occupant . If the contractor or his representative fail to collect the complaints from the complaint cell on daily basis, a penal recovery of Rs.2500/day shall be recovered from the RAR/bill due to contractor.

Excavation in trenches 1.5 mtr in width and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth for foundations, manholes and getting out in hard dense soil complete all as directed

All as per Sl item No. 3 here-in-before but depth exc 1.5m and n.exc 3.0m complete all as directed.

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains of internal dia of pipe 200 mm, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) smooth finished and reforming benching as required complete all as directed.

M&L for cement concrete bed 1:3:6 type C2 to drain pipe 200 mm bore including packing under and hunching against the sides of pipes after they laid and tested including demolition of old concrete and removing debris outside of MOD land complete all as directed.

M&L for Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping, benching including necessary from work includiing demolition of existing PCC work complete all as directed.

M&L for 200mm bore Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars including taking out existing old existing pipe complete all as directed

M & L for plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation including demolition of concrete, complete all as directed.

M & L for Brick work with fly ash sub class 'B' old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:4) including demolition of old brick work complete all as directed.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick/Stone or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as directed.

Retuning, filling in, including spreading levelling , watering and wall ramming in laying not exc 25 cm thick complete all as directed.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance exceeding 500 mtrs but not exceeding 1.50 km complete all as directed.

M&L for pre cast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in cover slabs, set in cement mortar (1:4) for manholes including necessary including demolition of old broken RCC cover, slabs and form work complete all as directed. Note:- Reinforcement required will be measured & paid for separately.

S&F TMT bars 10 mm dia cut to length, bent to shape required and binding with MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia complete all as directed.

Demolition Brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&l for walling of random rubble stone masonry un-coursed well bonded bedded solidly hearted and built in cement mortar 1:6 complete as specified and directed.

M&l for walling of random rubble stone masonry but except stone un-coursed well bonded bedded solidly hearted and built in cement mortar 1:6 complete as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channels, drains.

Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings,heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc., including cleaning or refixing or removal to Store (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories)

S&F PVC (SWR) pipes,150 bore of pipe, single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, fixed in position with walls including enlarging existing hole in slab, beam or parapet etc and making good with cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified.

S&F in repairs PVC (SWR) pipes 110mm bore single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls as in rain water pipes complete all as directed

M&L in repairs for mild steel framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails,braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete all as directed

M&L preparation of new steel surface of any description not other wise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide complete all as specified.

S&F Non skid joint less coloured ceramic tiles 7-8mm thick size 300x300 mm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match and laid over M&L 20 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified incl dismantling of old tiles with screed complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surfaces 450x300x7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement over 15mm thick rendering or bedding layer of cement mortar 1:4 and incl dismantling of old tiles with rendering complete all as specified.

M&L for light coloured vitrified tiles of any design and pattern, 600x600x9 to 10mm thick, as in floor incl 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 Set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of the tiles. Tiles shall be confirming to IS-15622:2017, Group B1b with average water absorption between 0.08% to 3%. Length, width and straightness of sides + 0.10% (Max deviation). Thickness + 4.0% (Max deviation). Centre & Edge curvature and warpage + 0.20% (Max Deviation). Breaking strength 1200 N (Minimum) including dismantling existing tile work with screed bed complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- Shade of the tiles including Colour, design and pattern shall be approved by GE.

All as per srl item No.29 above but as in skirting and vertical surfaces, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement laid over 10 mm thick backing coat of cement mortar 1:4 including dismantling existing tile work with plaster complete all as specified and directed.
