Taking down Chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) area of opening not exceeding 1.5 sq m each all as specified and as directed.

Taking down Chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) area of opening exceeding 1.5 sq m, but not exceeding 4.00 sq m each all as specified and as directed.

Taking down shutters of any description of area exceeding 1 sq m and not exceeding 2 Sq m each complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, laying of pipes, cables, etc. not exceeding 10 sq m on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in Soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for, Plain Cement Concrete, (1:4:8), type D2 ,using 40 mm graded stone aggregates as in foundation concrete including necessary formwork if required complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for, Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4, type B1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregates as in surface channels, including necessary formwork, complete all as specified and as directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using ex- tra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for, Plain Cement Concrete, (1:2:4), type B1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregates as in coping, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, lightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, including necessary forms and moulds all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Plain Cement Concrete (1:3:6) type C0, using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in filling the Chowkats/frames complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of existing PCC kerb stone, and providing material and labour for, factory made special shaped precast machine pressed kerb stone using M-25 grade concrete, set in CM 1:6 and disposing off rubbish outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound all as specified.

Precast RCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm stone aggregate) as in cover slab of drain, culvert and the like, set in CM 1:4 all as specified and as directed. Note: Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this schedule

Material and labour for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with grade ‘C’ solid blocks exceeding 10 cm in width, having minimum compressive strength of 50 Kg / Sq cm as per IS 2185 (Part- I) 2005 and set in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built and set in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for, walling of Random Rubble stone masonry, using Bangalore type stone, un-coursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM(1:4), complete all as specified and directed.

Walling of Random Rubble stone masonry (Bangalore type), uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM(1:6), using serviceable stone obtained from demolition under Sl Item No 5 complete all as specified and directed.

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stones and dressing of face beds and joints, as specified, of random rubble walling (Bangalore type), regular coursed, with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface not exceeding 20 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour, steel reinforcement using TMT bars of 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) and not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix, mild steel work as in framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work con- forming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rolled mild steel sections as in main & cross beams, hip & jack rafters, purlins where connected to common rafter and running rails & guides for sliding doors, fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates of Fe 410 -W (Gde-E- 250) quality- A all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix, Pressed steel door frame of size 105 x 60 mm using 1.25 mm thick sheet with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix, 30 mm thick Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top & bottom rails, MS frame shall be covered with heat molded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20 mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Paneling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement complete including Solid PVC door frame of size 50 mm x 47 mm made out of 5 mm thick plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube, including making good to jambs with cement mortar (1:4) and finished to match with existing surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 100 mm long Mild steel Butt hinges medium weight cold rolled mild steel by welding to existing frame complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix, Stainless steel Butt hinges, 100 mm long fixed with screws complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Aluminium anodized barrel tower bolts of extruded section, 150 mm long all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 150 mm Aluminium extruded alloy anodized handles, cast type complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix, 300 mm long Aluminium alloy, anodized, sliding door bolt with hasp, staple (bolt type) and fixing clips of sheet, cast or extruded sections and fixing bolts and sliding bolts of extruded sections or cast-aluminium alloy and fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

Note :- i) For payment purpose weight of aluminium section shall be measured and paid, ii) Cost of aluminium mongery. lock, rubber packing, rollers for sliding shall be deemed to include in the quoted rate, iii) Sheet glass and wire mesh / net shall be measured and paid for separately under respective items.

Dismantling unserviceable GI roof sheet, Supply and fixing Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 41 here- in- above but plain steel sheet all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour, 25 mm thick, Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4, type B0, using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregates as in flooring, finishing the surfaces to receive tiles, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour, for 75 mm thick Plain Cement Concrete (1:3:6), type C1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregates as in pavings / plinth protection laid in panels, and joints filled with bitumen and sand mixed in 1:3 by weight, finishing the surfaces even and fair complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour, 75 mm thick, Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 type D2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregates as in sub-base of flooring, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of PVC floor / tiles of any thickness, supply and fix 3 mm thick Linoleum plain coloured sheets (conforming to IS 653), stretching, cutting, fitting and laid over and including approved adhesive complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour, for Hi-Traffic full body vitrified coloured tiles matt finish of size 600mmx600mmx10mm thick (square/rectangular) polished as in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match, laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed. all as specified and as directed.

All as per Serial item No 48 here-in-above, but on vertical surfaces such as skirting etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match, laid over and including backing coat of 10 mm thick CM 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour, non-skid Ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Grade B-IIa), area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sq m but not exceeding 0.11 sq m, as in flooring, set and pointed in white or coloured cement to match colour of tiles over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour, for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles, of size 300 x 200 x 7-8 mm thick (Grade B-IIa) as in vertical surfaces such as skirting, dado etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles, laid over and including provision of backing coat of 10 mm thick in CM 1:3, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour chequered cement concrete tiles 30 cm x 30 cm x 20-25 mm, with grey cement and pigments, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floor including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed..

Demolition of paver block / tiles, and providing material and labour for, Rubber moulded pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block of any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement and no pigments, laid over and including 50 mm thick sand cushioning complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour, for rendering 15 mm thick in patches on walls of brick / stone / concrete surfaces in two layers (base layer 10 mm and finishing layer of 5 mm thick in CM 1:4, including mixing water proofing compound and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Supply only water proofing compound will be measured and paid for separately under respective item.

Material and labour, for rendering 15 mm thick in Cement mortar 1:6, on brick work/concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for, rendering 15 mm thick on stone masonry surfaces or surfaces other than fair faces in cement mortar(1:4) and finishing the surfaces fair and even, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour, for rendering 5 mm thick on brick or concrete ceiling surfaces in cement mortar(1:3) and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of new or previously untreated plastered wall surfaces of any description not otherwise described and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of water based wall primer over and including 1 mm thick wall care putty, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Quoted rate shall deemed to include for cost of wall care putty.

Material and labour for, Preparing of new or old plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of weather proof exterior emulsion paint over a coat of weather proof primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of new or previously untreated plastered ceiling surfaces of any description not otherwise described and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer over and including 1 mm thick wall care putty, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Quoted rate shall deemed to include for cost of wall care putty.

Material and labour for, Preparation of old plastered wall surfaces of any description and applying one coat of oild bound distemper, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for, Preparation of old plastered ceiling surfaces of any description and applying one coat of oild bound distemper, complete all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment from surfaces of walls, pillasters, cornices, etc., by scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots with wire brushes and removing existing loose particles etc., not otherwise described and applying two coats of weather proof anti-fungal exterior emulsion paint over a self coat of weather coat primer, finishing surfaces even and smooth, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Plain Sheet glass 4 mm thick, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square not exceeding 0.5 sq. m in each pane all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of new steel surfaces exceeding 10 cm in width or girth, applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of old steel surfaces and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint over 10cm width or girth complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs, Stop valves (concealed), fancy type with CP wall flanges, chromium plated, cast copper alloy with long shank and exposed part kit with fittings sleeve, operating lever concealed part screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions, including making good the disturbed portion matching with adjacent surfaces, complete all as per Cat No.HT F4050103 & HT F3001351 of Cera or equivalent in other makes specified here-in-after, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs, gun metal, globe or gate valves 20 mm bore with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipe including necessary cutting/threading the old pipe and provision of new fittings such as Tee, socket, elbow, union if required complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs, Chromium Plated overhead shower rose of size 95 mm with swivel joints, over head shower arm of 230 mm long with wall flange, complete all as specified and as directed. Supply and fix in repairs, single tube towel rail, brass chromium plated, 600 mm long fixed with chromium plated screws and PVC cleats, complete all as specified and as directed. Make : CERA, Model No F5003103 or techno and commercial equivalent complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix, PVC connecting pipe 450 mm long 15 mm dia both ends having brass coupling nut and PVC washer after taking down old connecting pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs, Vitreous china, white colour, 'Orissa pattern' squatting pan of size 580 mm x 440 mm with UPVC 'P' trap or 'S" Trap, front or back inlet, integral foot rests, connecting to trap, flushing pipe, anti syphonic pipe, complete, all as per Make : Cera, Cat No S3010102 of CALINA make or techno commercially equivalent in other makes specified complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs, PVC valve less, syphonic action type, white colour flushing cistern, 10 litres capacity, low level, white, with inlet, ball valve, float and handle including jointing with new PVC long / short flush bend and making good to the disturbed surfaces complete all as per Model No: CIENA PREMIUM Cat Part No B1010102 of CERA Make or techno commercial equivalent in other makes complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs, Vitreous china snow white, wash hand basin (without pedestal) of size 510 mm x 400 mm all as per Cat No. No. S2040101 of Cera or techno and commercial equivalent makes specified including 32 mm dia PVC waste pipe of minimum 800 mm long with PTMT waste coupling 32 mm dia (Minimum weight 45gms), all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs, 32 mm dia, High density polyethylene pipes (HDPE) of pressure rating 6 kgf/cm2, as waste pipes, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of water tanks of 500 litres capacity from roof top and supply and fixing Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (triple layered) of 500 Litres capacity with ISI mark embossed on it, (cylindrical, vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position complete all as specified and as directed.
