Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and paving n exc 15cm thick (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness as in floors, pavings, aprons, pathway etc laid dry or laid dry and pointed complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling of cement concrete (unreinforced) kerb stone and the like of any description of and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed

M&L cement concrete 75mm thick 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of floor fcomplete all as specified & directed.

M&L cement concrete 100mm thick 1:2:4 type B-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in pathways/hardstanding laid in alternate ways, each panel not exceeding 3.00 Sqm finished the surface even and fair without using extra cement and joint to be filled with Bituminous mastic filling including necessary form work complete all as specified & directed.

Material & labour for Chequred cement concrete tiles with pigment of size 300 mm x 300 m x 25 mm thick laid over and including 20 mm thick cement mortar screed in CM 1:6 as in floors complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block any shape and size with grey cement and pigment confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade laid over sand cushing complete all specified and directed. Note :- Sand cushioning will measured and paid seperately.

S&F for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to S 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness M-40 Grade with grey cement and pigment laid over sand cushing complete all as specified & directed. Note :- Sand cushioning will measured and paid seperately.

Supply and laying of sand including spreading, levelling and ramming in layers n.exc. 25 cm thick in each layer complete all as directed

M&L Pre-cast (Factory casted) cement concrete Kerb stone casted in PCC (1:2:4) Type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates with plan or interlocking joints (as directed) with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting and jointed in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for preparation of kerb stone, new un-treated concrete or plastered surfaces of any description over 10cm girth or width, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint in black and white colour over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channel, gap between road & road side kerb stone and the like including finishing the top of benching even and smooth using extra cement complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like n. exc 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermoplastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling of Sign/information board of any description, shape & size including post and frame all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 Cu.m, getting out in soft/loose soil and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50m complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement Concrete type C 2 1:3:6 using 40 MM graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete in fixing of fencing post including necessary form work if required at site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Stainless steel Square/Round pipe of SS 304 grade for frame work as in post & frame of sign boards with SS plate, nut, bolts etc including drilling/welding/reveting for fixing of ACP / aluminium sheet complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying & fixing in repairs retro reflective sign board made of high intensity retro reflective sheeting pasted on both sides of 5mm thick ACP sheet with letters/grphics to be overlayed high intensity retro reflective sheeting of make 3M/Avery densioin as approved by I.R.C./MORTH duty plotted cut of approved colour fixed with SS frame work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : SS Frame work Shall be measured as paid seperately.

Supplying & fixing in repairs retro reflective sign board made of high intensity retro reflective sheeting pasted on one side of 5mm thick ACP sheet with letters/grphics to be overlayed high intensity retro reflective sheeting of make 3M/Avery densioin as approved by I.R.C./MORTH duty plotted cut of approved colour fixed with SS frame work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : SS Frame work will be measured as paid seperately.

Supplying & fixing in repairs retro reflective sign board made of high intensity retro reflective sheeting pasted on one side of 2mm thick aluminium sheet with letters/grphics to be overlayed high intensity retro reflective sheeting of make 3M/Avery densioin as approved by I.R.C./MORTH duty plotted cut of approved colour fixed with SS frame work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : SS Frame work Shall be measured as paid seperately.

M & L for taking down existing sign board of any discription and repairs required like straightening the bend board, pipe and fixing again complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge Note :PCC for post fixing Shall be measured as paid seperately.

S&F Mild steel Framed work using angle Iron ,flat Iron ,round bars as in security doos/gates/ direction board with end of bars shouldered and or rivetted or forged into spikes ,framed guard bars barred into iron doors ,walkways railing framework amd similler work confiming to Fe 290 ,GDE E-165.

S&F in repairs Mild steel, plain, black sheet 1.60mm thick in wall cladding, steel gates and similar work,in hearths; covering to door shut ters; covering to door chowkats (frames); chullah hoods; water tanks; water troughs; ducts; urinal troughs and funnels, etc. cut to size edges beaded if directed, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel members, etc., with plain 40 mm lap joints or welded/ riveted seams including bending, turning up, mitred angles, stopped ends, outlets, etc. as required

Dismantling of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles.

M&L for brick work with Old size Fly ash ’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM 1:6 all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 29 above but except stone complete all as directed.

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stones and dressing of face beds and joints as specified of random rubble walling, coursed, hammer dressing with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface n.exc 40mm on lime/sand stone all as specified and directed.

M&L for Raised pointing to RR masonry in CM 1:4 all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on brick/stone masonry surfaces or surfaces of brick/Stone work of walls, finishing the surface even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified.

M&L preparing new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement paint over a coat of water primer complete as specified and directed.
