Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grade on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC & compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical specification Clause 401.

Providing, laying ,spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific, sizes to water bound Macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness hand packing ,rolling with three wheel 80 -100 kn static roller in stages to proper grade and camber , applying and brooming crushable screening to fill -up the interstices of coarse aggregates, watering and compacting to the required density Grading-2 as per Technical specification claus 405.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen Emulsion (SS) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at rate of 0.70 kg per sqm using mechanical means as per Technical specification clause 502.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen (VG-10) Using bitumen distributor at rate of 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared bitumenous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical specification clause 503.

Providing ,laying and rolling of open -graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.20 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing coarse on a previously prepared base, including mixing ina suitable plant , laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kn static roller capacity, finished to required lavel and grade to be followed by seal coat of Type -C as per Technical specification clause 508.

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the viods in a bituminous surface laid to the specified level , grade and cross fall using Type -C as per Technical specification clause 510.
