Supplying & laying hand packed Boulder 20 to 40 kg. wt. in mechanically woven double twisted hexagond shaped wire mesh gabion box / crate of size 1.00x1.00x0.80 m. mesh size 10cm.x12cm. With 10 S.W.G. G.I. wire including cost of all material, labour and T&P etc. for proper completion of work as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying & laying hand packed Boulder 20 to 40 kg. wt. in mechanically woven double twisted hexagond shaped wire mesh gabion box / crate of size 3.00x1.50x0.80 m. mesh size 10cm.x12cm. With 10 S.W.G. G.I. wire on U/S slope including cost of all material, labour and T&P etc. for proper completion of work as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & Laying R.B.M in between jhiris/gaps in between of C.C. Blocks Rows including cost of all material carriage up to work site, T&P and Labour required for proper completion of work as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

C.R.S.(R.S.R.) Masonary in 1:3 cement , coarse sand including cost of all material carriage up to work site, T&P and Labour required for proper completion of work as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Centering & Shuttering for R.C.C work with cost of centering & Shuttering i/c cost of all materials, labour, T&P etc. for proper completion of work as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying of factory made 80 mm. thick Interlocking cement concrete tile(30mpa) including 25 mm thick compacted bed of fine sand compacting and proper embedding / laying of interlocking tiles leveling and dressing of surface to required level and slope , filling joints with fine sand including the cost of material, labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of work as direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Centering and shuttering for C.C. blocks and concrete including cost of shuttering with cost of labour& T&P etc. required for proper completion work as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Laying C.C. Block in 1:3:6 C.C. with 25% plum (20 to 40 Kg. wt. boulder) in Cement, Coarse sand and shingle/grit 12 to 20 mm. size including cost of all material carriage up to site of work, T&P, mechanical mixing and vibration and labour, required for proper completion of work as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Hiring of diesel pumps 5 H.P. including operator and POL for surface dewatering with cost of labour all T&P etc. required for proper completion of work as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Construction of gravel/soil-aggregate base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specifications Clause 402

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, crushable screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 1 as per Technical Specification Clause 405.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, crushable screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 2 as per Technical Specification Clause 405.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, crushable screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 (with 22.4 - 53 mm size st. ballast) as per Technical Specification Clause 405.

Providing and applying primer coat with Bitumen emulsion (SS0-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at rate of 0.70 Kg/Sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen VG-10 using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.35 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of Type as per Technical Specification Clause 508)

Providing and laying seal coat by manual means with VG-10 grade bitumen sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510.

Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.2 as per Technical Specification Clause 303.1.
