1.Construction for 30,000 Litres Capacity OHT ( 12.00m stage Hight ) @ Alathur Habitation in Alathur Panchayat.

Earth work Excavation for Foundation in all soils and Sub Soil to full depth as may be directed except in hard rock requiring blasting but inclusive of shoring strutting and requiring the sides of foundation.

First depth of 2m from 0 to 2m below GL

Second depth of 2m from 2 to 4m below GL

Supplying and Filling foundation and basement with filling sand in layers not more than 15cm . Thick well ramed, watered and compacted Complete complying with stanard specification.

Cement concrete 1 : 4 : 8 mix using 40mm HBG metal for foundation including watering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick., compacting etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed.

RCC M15 GRADE using graded aggregate of HBGs excluding cost reinforcement,centering , shuttering, but including cost of concrete,placing , vibrating etc complete.

Supplying & Erecting centering for sides & soffiots including necessary supports & strutting upto 3.29m height for plane surfaces in all floors with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90 x 60cm & 10 gauge stiffened, welded with steel angle of size 25 x 25 x 3mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists(Country wood) of size 10 x 6.5cm spaced @ about 90cm c/c and supported by casurina props of 10 - 13cm dia. spaced @ 75cm c/c etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. Rate for 10m2 etc comple.

Supplying, cutting, bending, tying, fabricating and placing in position of steel rods for all RCC works including cost of steel and binding wire etc.( The steel should conform to the relevant ISspecification and supplied with test certificate Fe. 415 grade as per IS specification No.1786/1985 and as amended from time to time) delivery at site of work including loading, freight, unloading, stacking, transit insurance charges, taxes etc. complete.and as directed by the TWAD Board officers.

Painting two coats with approved cement paint over one priming coat of white cement over cement plastered wall surface and ceiling including cleaning preparing the surface and curing etc., complete (using cement paint of colour as approved by the Departmental officer) and as directed by the TWAD Board officers.

Fabrication, supply, delivery and fixing of outside MS Ladder of 45cm clear wide made out of 50 mm x 50mm x 6mm MS angle for both sides and for steps at 30cm C/C welded jointed etc ., for I staging from GL to 1st level brace (weight 4.5kg/m) IInd and IIIrd staging upto floor slab and IVth staging from floor slab to roof top. Supply, delivery and fixing of 32 mm GI pipes medium for hand rails from I stage to IVth stage. RCC M30 Grade mix for Landing slab 5 nos. at Ground Level- 1No. and above Ground Level - 4Nos. Supply and fixing of 32mm GI pipe medium for hand rails for the Landing slab. Supplying and fixing of MS Base plate of 100mm X 100mm X 6mm thick for fixing Anchore fastener bolt for fixing of hand rails at Landing slab and MS Ladder providing locking arrangements with two coats of approved enamel paint over one coat of red oxide paint as per approved Type Design and as directed by TWAD board officers.

Providing and fixing of RCC access ladder in RCC 1:1:5:3 mix using 20mm HBG metel including cost and conveyance and all labour charges etc complete.

Providing PVC ventilating arrangements, mosquito proof nylon net with 110mm PVC Pipes and cowl etc complete.

Providing cut stone slab in cm 1:3 and as directed

Providing manhole cover of size 0.60x0.60m in RCC 1: 1:5:3mix with suitable reinforcement and 50x50x6mm MS along edges etc. comple.

Painting TWAD Board emblem on the SR with enamel paint as per Board's specification and as directed by TWAD Board officers

Supply & Devliery of PVC rigid pipes for potable water supply as per IS 4935/1988 and aa amended fro time to time with ISI marking of othe following sizes with necessary couplers or bel ended pipes as specified in ISI and the required quantity of solvent cement having the required woring pressure and for delivery at site of works including loading, unloading stacking and transit insurance charges etc.,complete (4kgs)
