Maintenance of controlling station by engaging skilled labour for operation of the controlling switch from 01.01.2026 to 17.01.2026 as per direction.

Drawing the power line from substation to controlling switch by necessary required length of departmental supplied PVC insulated aluminum wire including interconnection with earthing arrangement as per IE Rules i.e. generator to elec. Accessories of the temporary Controlling station.

Supply on hire bases 4.88 M long 100 mm. Dia (AV) bottom and 50 mm. Dia (AV) top salbollah post and erecting the same at different places as per direction of EIC including excavation of earth and grouting the post as per I.E. rules average distance from post to post is 18 M.

Fixing of 18W/21W/36W CFL lamp at different places from the different feeder line to mela ground as per direction of EIC with supplying on hire basis 7/20 PVC insulated aluminum wire and plastic flexible wire for looping and all other necessary materials required to complete the work[damaged materials will have to be replaced by the agency at their own cost] as per direction of EIC from 06.01.2026 to 17.01.2026 = 12 days x 2,500 Pts

Drawing of flood light points on PCC poles and salbollah post from different feeder line to roads, sea beach, latrine at different places in mela ground and outside mela ground as directed by EIC with the supply of 400 W. SON lamp and fixture and 400 watt. Sodium vapour lamp with shade including 7/20 PVC flexible wire for looping and all other required materials complete (damage materials will have to be replaced by the agency at their own cost from 03.01.2026 to 17.01.2026 = 15 days.

Supply & fitting fixing of 2 PIN 5 amps plug point for mobile chargers & 3 pin 15amps plug point for special purpose on hire basis

Drawing barricade light points from nearest feeder line to end of the barricade from bathing area in both side of the sea as per direction of EIC with supply on hire basis 40 watt coloured red lamp, holder wire, (as required) and controlling main switch etc. including all protection for avoiding any kind of accident as per IE rules (Damaged materials will have to be replaced by the agency at their own cost) from 07.01.2026 to 15.01.2026= 9 days x 50 pts.

Making automatic signal in each point /fire brigade station by specials arrangement with supplying on hire flexible LED rope light on iron ring structure including supplying all required materials to complete the work as per direction of EIC from 05.01.2026 to 17.01.2026.

Construction of tower by steel tubular pole with cross arms for four sides 1 meter apart above ground level the tower shall be 11 mtrs. Height x 4 mtrs. Square bottom x 2 m. square top with wooden plank platform by supplying required qty. of steel tubular pipe cross arms horizontal support etc. to complete the above tower on hire basis on or before 05.01.2024 as directed by EIC including drawing all electrical connection and controlling switch on hire basis with all protection to avoid any accident complete as per direction of EIC including decoration of each tower by LED light of required colour maintaining road marking on hire basis and all the tower should be properly earthed as per IE rules. The tower should be constructed as per dept. specification and drawing [Barricade arrangement should be provided around the tower to avoid any accident]

Erection of steel tubular pole inside sea/Latrine area (overall length 11 meter) on hire basis by excavation of earth of any kind of soil 2.5 mtr. Depth below ground level with proper piling at different places at sea beach with all protection to avoid accidents as per IE rules & as per direction of EIC complete (each pole should be properly earthed) on or before 10.01.2025.

Drawing flood light points [in sea/Latrine area] to steel tubular pole (vide item No.19) with supplying and drawing necessary approved brand new PVC insulated wire (660 volt grade) and installation of individual controlling main switch as required on hire basis with fitting fixing of 400 watt. S.V. lamp fixture (son T 400 watt.)
