ERECTION & REMOVAL OF BAMBOO SCAFFOLDING Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side of building/structure, upto 25 metre height, above ground level, including additional rows of scaffolding in stepped manner as per requirement of site, made with 40mm dia M.S. tube, placed 1.5 metre centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joint with cup & lock system with M.S. Tubes, M.S. tube challis, M.S. clamps and staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for execution of work of cleaning and/ or pointing and/ or applying chemical and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connecting with the building etc, wherever required, if feasible, for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc., complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge. Note:- (1) The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. (2) The payment will be made once only for execution of all items for such works.

HESSIAN CLOTH: Providing and fixing Scaffolding net of required width made of high density Polyethylene UV stabilized knitted on warp knitting machines having density 100grams/sqm and shading coefficient minimum 75% around the construction site/ for vertical extension as per requirement including fastening/tying with building /scaffolding pipes or with any other fixtures etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (One time payment shall be made for providing Scaffolding net from start of work till completion of work including shifting if any. The Scaffolding net shall be the property of the contractor on completion of the work)

SAFETY NYLON NET Providing and erecting external safety net of opening 75x75mm in addition to vertical fisher net arrester on the first floor and vertically throughout to prevent debris falling while execution of work, to hold / absorb the debris stone impact, and during the entire period of work. The work should be carried out with all the safety measures like helmet, safety belt and adequate labour insurance under the supervision of qualified supervisor and removing after completion after complete work. etc. complete

PLASTER REMOVING: Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge

BREAKING OF LOOSE CONCRETE: Chipping of unsound/weak concrete material from slabs, beams, columns etc. with manual Chisel and/ or by standard power driven percussion type or of approved make including tapering of all edges, making square shoulders of cavities including cleaning the exposed concrete surface and reinforcement with wire brushes etc. and disposal of debris for all lead and lifts all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge for any thickness of concrete material

DEBRIS DISPOSAL: Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all loads including all lifts involved from starting to completion of this tender work.

SHUTTERING: Leak-proof Shuttering for Encasement: Providing, fabricating & fixing the leak-proof shuttering made with marine plywood/M.S. sheets with proper supports at all locations for all shapes etc., for encasement & de-shuttering the same after specified period or next day of placing the micro-concrete / concrete. Providing & applying approved oil on all surfaces of formwork coming in contact with concrete as per specification.

JACK PROPS: Providing and fixing MS Props at regular internal to provide support to the existing damaged structure or at the time of extensive structure repairs.

APPLICATION OF RUST CONVERTER: Providing & applying One coat of Alkaline Rust converting primer conforming to ASTM-B-117, to exposed existing rebars after removing & cleaning loose rust by wire brush and leave it for 6-8 hours.

ANTI CORROSIVE COATING: Providing and Applying Two Coats of IPNET RB (Epoxy Phenolic Reinforcement Bar Coating SYstem), the system needs to be mixed as per Manufacturer's Specification. The coating must be applied in 2 coats on alkaline rust converted surface of Rebar's. Intercoat period of 8 hrs minimum must be followed. The system should be air cured for minimum 24 hrs before application of plaster.

BOND COAT Providing & applying One coat of structural grade epoxy bond coat by brush conforming to ASTM-C-882-87 to the prepared concrete surface to be repaired / strengthened. This is applied prior to the application of polymer repair mortar / epoxy mortar / Microconcrete to have monolithic action between old concrete surface and new concrete surface.

REPAIR WITH POLYMER MODIFIED MORTAR (PMM): Repair with Polymer Modified Mortar (PMM): Repairs to the deteriorated/ damaged areas of RCC elements in the structure shall be carried out by using powder Polymer Modified repair mortar. The polymer modified mortar is applied when the epoxy bonding coat is still tacky. In one application 25 mm thickness shall be built. Subsequent layer shall be built with one bond coat of Polymer modified cement slurry. The polymer modified repair mortar shall be mixed, applied and cured as per technical specifications

MICROCONCRETE TREATMENT: Repair with Microconcrete: Providing, mixing and placing 50 to 100 mm thick encasement with free flow high performance micro-concrete as per technical specification.

ADDITIONAL REINFORCING STEEL: Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more. Products: Tata / SAIL or approved equivalent

ANCHORING OF REBARS: Providing and fixing the Chemical Anchor Fasteners as specified below of Hilti Make or equivalent confirming to IS 1367 (Part 3) at required locations and level including drilling the hole, cleaning with blow pump and anchoring the bolt with chemical as per manufacturers specifications etc. complete as directed by Engineer In Charge.

A. CEMENTITIOUS INJECTION GROUTING: Injection Grouting High Performance Polymer Cement Grout: Providing & injecting high performance non shrink, Anti- washout Polymer Cement Grout per pack of 225gm for 50kg bag of cement as per manufacturer’s specifications into honeycombing area / porous concrete with suitable pump at pressure of 2.0 Kg/Cm2 and subsequently cutting/removal of nozzles and sealing of holes with grout etc., complete. (This does not include the rate of cement bag.)

EPOXY GROUT: Injection Grouting of Super low Viscosity Epoxy Grout System: Pressure grouting Super low viscosity epoxy resin using injector till nozzles refused to accept the grout under pressure of 3-4 Kg/cm2. Grout the material through pre-fixed nozzles in the structural elements and subsequently cutting /removal of nozzles and sealing of holes with putty Monitor the leakages through other nozzles while grouting and seal them as per the requirement

BRICK WORK Brick work with common burnt clay modular bricks of class designation 3.5 and above in superstructure above plinth level upto floor five level in all shapes and sizes in: Cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand)

INTERNAL PLASTER Providing and applying (1:4) 12 mm thick internal plaster with neeru finish by using ready-mix mortar as per manufacturers recommendations at all heights and locations for masonry (except stone masonry) and concrete surfaces including racking out joints, hacking of concrete surface, finishing, curing, scaffolding etc. complete.

A. EXTERNAL PLASTER External Plaster Waterproofing Treatment: Providing and Applying Two Coats of EL-Monobond, the system needs to be mixed as per Manufacturer's Specification. The coating must be applied in 2 coats in opposite directions. The system should be applied on the brick work surfaces prior to application of Re-Plaster. The system has to cured with water for 2 days before application of plaster

B. Providing and applying (1:4) 20 mm thick external sand faced cement plaster by using ready-mix mortar upto 10m from ground level and at all locations in two coats for masonry (except stone masonry) and concrete surfaces including racking out joints, hacking of concrete surface, finishing, curing, scaffolding etc. complete.

PCC Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

RCC Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to all floor level 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size de rived from natural sources)

A. WATERPROOFING: Removing any existing water proofing layers of I. P. S. with bituminous joints and brick bat concrete over the existing terrace floor, chajja, top of headroom slab and canopy including cement vata and exposing R.C.C. slab top complete.

B. Providing and laying integral cement based water proofing treatment including preparation of surface as required for treatment of roofs,balconies, terraces etc consisting of following operations: a) Applying a slurry coat of neat cement using 2.75 kg/sqm of cement admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS. 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge over the RCC slab including adjoining wallsupto 300 mm height including cleaning the surface before treatment. b) Laying brick bats with mortar using broken bricks/brick bats 25 mm to 115 mm size with 50% of cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge over 20 mm thick layer of cement mortar of mix 1:5 (1 cement :5 coarse sand ) admixed withwater proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge to required slope and treating similarly the adjoining walls upto 300 mm height including rounding of junctions of walls and slabs c) After two days of proper curing applying a second coat of cement slurry using 2.75 kg/ sqm of cement admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge. d) Finishing the surface with 20 mm thick jointless cement mortar of mix 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge including laying glass fibre cloth of approved quality in top layer of plaster and finally finishing the surface with trowel with neat cement slurry and making pattern of 300x300 mm square 3 mm deep. e) The whole terrace so finished shall be flooded with water for a minimum period of two weeks for curing and for final test. All above operations to be done in order and as directed and specified by the Engineer-in-Charge : With average thickness of 120 mm and minimum thickness at khurra

TOILET WATERPROOFING (1.9 X 2.4 M) : Providing waterproofing treatment through specialized agencies as per their specifications to the flooring of water closets, bathrooms, kitchen, nahanies, washing places, sanitary blocks etc. by giving INJECTIONS with cement solution with water proofing compound into the floor slab so as to make it consistent, homogeneous and impervious against leakage, seepage etc. The sunk portion shall then be covered with brickbat waterproof coba in 1:5 c.s. of required thickness with necessary gradient for easy flow of water. Finally the floor shall be covered with joint less waterproof cement plaster in 1:3 c.s. 12 mm to 15 mm thick finished rough for receiving tiles. The average thickness of complete treatment shall not be less than 100 mm. The soil pan area will not be deducted. ( After completion of work leakage test shall be carried out after impounding the water for 7 days without any extra cost. The actual treated area will be measured and paid for).

WALL PUTTY Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

CLEANING OF WINDOWS Cleaning of all Wooden/ Aluminium windows with soap water and sponge. Replacement of putty in all window glasses.

A. EXTERNAL PAINTING Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete

B. Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface : Water thinnable cement primer

C. Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade Old work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/ 10 sqm)

A. INTERNAL COMMON AREA PAINTING Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

B. Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface : Water thinnable cement primer

C. Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour.

A. SYNTHETIC ENAMEL (SE) PAINT Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint, synthetic enamel paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.
