(2) Print Head: Single high-temperature direct-drive extruder with dual-drive gears. 1.75 mm filament (metal-polymer composite) diameter. All-metal hotend (e.g. hardened copper block) rated up to 500 °C for high-temp filaments. Volumetric flow ≥36 mm³/s (high-flow capacity with 1.4 mm nozzle). Dual-grip filament gears ensure reliable feeding.
(3) 3) Nozzle: Tool-free, hand-interchangeable nozzle at ambient temperature. (no heat-up or tools required). Standard nozzles (Ø0.6 mm) with swappable sizes up to ~1.4 mm for high-flow printing.
(4) Layer Height: Down to 0.150 mm.
(5) Positioning Precision: Positional accuracy X/Y 12.5 µm, Z 2.5 µm. Overall print accuracy ~±0.150 mm
(6) Build Volume: 150 × 150 × 150 mm (green part). After sintering: ~120 × 120 × 120 mm (assuming 15–20% shrinkage).
(7) Build Platform: Heated bed up to 120 °C with reinforced composite surface and automatic bed levelling.
(8) Supported Materials: Metal composite filaments including stainless steels (316L, 17-4), nickel alloys (Inconel® 718), copper, bronze, etc.
(9) Material Throughput: All-metal hotend and hardened nozzle handle abrasive metal filaments.
(10) Temperature Capability: Hotend to ≥500 °C, bed to 120 °C.
(11) Operating Conditions: Ambient 15–40 °C, 10–90% RH (non-condensing). Recommend the enclosed setup with ventilation.
(12) Connectivity: USB, Wi‑Fi, optional Ethernet. Supports SD card/direct USB.
(13) User Interface: 7″ colour touchscreen with intuitive menus.
(14) Sensors & Safety: Filament run-out sensor, nozzle clog/flow sensor, thermal-runaway protection, end-stop & motor fault detection.
(15) Machine Construction: Rigid steel frame (≥80 kg). Precision linear guides and bearings. Fixed metal gantry design.
(16) Software: OEM slicing software (STL, OBJ, 3MF). Compatible with Windows/macOS/Linux.
