Provision of Power Supply for Watch Towers at Imphal Airport

Supply of 1.1 kV power cable of following size Aluminium cond. XLPE insulated PVC sheathed armoured cable.

i) 4C x 10 Sqmm

ii) 4C x 4 Sqmm

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of size upto 35 sq. mm in the existing pipe.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of size upto 35 sq.mm on wall surface.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of size upto 35 sq. mm direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench.

Supply and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade.

i) 4C x 10 Sqmm. (25 mm)

ii) 4C x 4 Sqmm. (16 mm)

Providing, laying and fixing 50mm dia G.I. pipe (medium class)in ground complete with GI fittings including trenching (75 mm deep) and re-filling etc as required.

Demolishing cement concrete / bituminous road by manually / mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and Laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement :2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregated 20mm nominal size) in foundation / road crossing etc.

Wiring for light point/ fan point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed steel conduit, with modular switch, modular plate, suitable GI box and earthing the point with 1.5sqmm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc as required.

Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring along with earth wire with the following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed steel conduit 2 x 2.5 sq. mm + 1 x 2.5 sq.mm earth wire

Supply & fixing suitable size GI box with modular plate and cover in front on surface or in recess, including providing and fixing 3 pin 5/6 A modular socket outlet and 5/6 A modular switch, connection etc. as required.

Supply of Surface mounting 1 x 10W LED 2 feet Tubelight Batten as per techical specification.

Installation, testing and commissioning of pre-wired, LED fitting of all types, complete with all accessories and tube etc. dirctly on ceiling/wall, including connection with 1.5sqmm FRLS PVC insulated, copper conductor, single core cable and earthing etc. as required.

Supply of 300 mm sweep wall fan for use on 220/240 volts 50hz single phase AC supply having 3 motor speeds & minimum 60 degree oscillation.

Installation, testing and commissioning of wall fan, including wiring with 1.5sqmm FRLS PVC insulated, copper conductor, single core cable etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing 6 way SPN Distribution box on surface/ recess along with 40 A MCB Isolator, 415V and 6-32 A 240 V "C" curve SPN MCB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supply and laying of HDPE Pipe of 63 mm ISI marked with all accessories like socket, band, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930 , Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. direct in ground (75cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required.

Earthing with GI Earth pipe 4.5m long, 40mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/coke and salt as required.

Providing & laying 6 SWG dia GI wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing.

Supply of 10W LED Bulkhead light having IP66 protection as per technical specification.

Supply of LED type dome red aviation light fitting suitable for operation on single phase AC power supply.

ITC of LED Type dome red aviation light fitting at top of watch tower complete with all accessories i/c GI Pipe and necessary wiring with PVC insulated copper conducor as required.
