Supplying & fixing of Raised Pavement Markers / Road Studs / Cats Eye made of polycarbonate moulded body and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face which shall support a load of 13635 kg tested in accordance to ASTM D 4280 Type H and complying to clause no 804 of MoRT&H's specification for Road &Bridge Works (Fifth Rev.). Marker height shall not be less than 10 mm and shall not exceed 20 mm, width shall not exceed 130mm and with minimum reflective area of 13 sq.cm. on each side and slope to the base shall be 35 ± 5 degree. Construction of dry lean cement concrete Sub- base over a prepared sub-grade with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS: 383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, aggregate cement ratio not to exceed 15:1, aggregate gradation after blending to be as per table 600-1, cement content not to be less than 150 kg/ cum, optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, concrete strength not to be less than 10 Mpa at 7 days, mixed in a batching plant, transported to site, laid with a paver with electronic sensor, compacting with 8-10 tonnes vibratory roller, finishing and curing. Consumption of cement will not be less than 300 Kg of cement with Super plasticiser per cubic meter of controlled concrete but actual consumption will be determined on the basis of preliminary test and job mix formula. Supplying,fitting & fixing granite slab 15mm to 18mm thick in floor, lobby, stair, landing and treads etc. over 20mm (avg) thick base of cement morter (1:2) laid with white cement slurry @ 4.40Kg per Square meter before placing of granite and jointed with white cement slurry @ 2.0 Kg per square meter with necessary pigments and complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including cost of all materials, labours, curing and roughening of concrete surface complete. In ground floor b) Area of Each Granite slab 0.6 to 1.0 Square meter.
Supplying, fitting & fixing granite slabs 15mm to 18 mm. thick with uniform texture & without decorative veins in columns, wall, facia,rise etc. with 15 mm thick [avg] cement mortar (1:2) including making suitable arrangements to hold the stones properly by brass / copper hooks including pointing in cement mortar (1:2) (1 white cement : 2 marble dust) with admixture of pigment matching the stone shades all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including cost of all materials, labours, scaffolding, staging, curing and roughening of concrete surface complete.
