SCHEDULE 'A' PART I : ROUTINE MAINTENANCE Comprehensive Routine maintenance and repair including renewal/ replacements of minor defective parts other than those covered under Sch A Part II of electrically operated lift 06 passenger (408 Kgs) capacity, fully down collective with microprocessor based control panel, automatic operated sliding doors serving ground plus upper five floors (G+5), Make "Monarch" installed at following bldgs.including carrying out the daily check and periodical service of fully automatic electric lift with power operated door simplex collective control system with replacement of unserviceable parts such as bearing, bushes, all type of shoes, headers, hangers, door cards, door lock, control cards, control connectors/ links, hall push buttons, hall push button covers, rewinding of motors, welding of crack/ broken MS parts, repairs to door,safety edge working at any principle and any type of sensor or mechanical safety lock, magnetic lock or contact, cop buttons, car position indicator, door cill, car door cill, necessary wiring and cable as per requirement for safe operation of lift, lift cabin fan, cabin light including tube rod & tube light fitting etc.complete to ensure safety and smooth operation of lift. (a) AOF A Block -- 02 Lift (b) P-98 -- 01 Lift ----------------------------------------- Total -- 03 Lifts x 11 = 33 per Lift per month all as specified & directed.

All as per item No. 1 but of 08 passenger (544 Kgs) lift automatic operated centre opening door, V V V F controlled panel serving groud plus thirteen upper floor(G+13) installed at Menka bldg, Make"Jolly" No of lifts-02 x 11 = 22 per Lift per month all as specified & directed.

All as per item No. 1 but for 05 passenger capacity (340 Kgs) serving ground plus upper three (G+3) upper floors having two landings (i.e. ground floor and 3rd floor) installed at 24 Assaye building without attendant but with micro processor and VVVF control panel. (No of Lift -01 x 11 = 11) per Lift per month all as specified & directed.

All as per item No. 4 but of 13 passenger (884 Kgs) lift automatic operated centre opening door, V V V f controlled panel door, serving ground plus twelve upper floor (G+12) installed at P-106 building-(01 No lift x 11 = 11) per Lift per month all as specified & directed.

All as per item No. 4 but of 08 passenger (544 Kgs) lift automatic operated centre opening door, V V V f controlled panel door, serving ground plus twelve upper floor (G+12) installed at P-105, P-106, and Tilotthamma-P-96 building-(03 No Lifts x 11 = 33) per Lift per month all as specified & directed.

All as per item No. 4 but of 08 passenger (544 Kgs) lift automatic operated centre opening door, V V V f controlled panel door, serving ground plus ten upper floor (G+10) installed at Chitralekha -P-103 building-(01 No Lifts x 11 = 11) per Lift per month all as specified & directed.

All as per item No. 4 but of 08 passenger (544 Kgs) lift automatic operated centre opening door, V V V f controlled panel door, serving ground plus eight upper floor (G+08) installed at P-104 building-(02 No Lifts x 11 = 22) per Lift per month all as specified & directed.

All as per item No. 4 but of 2000 kg goods cum passenger lift automatic operated centre opening door, V V V f controlled panel door serving ground plus eight upper floor (G+08) installed at P-104 building-(02 No Lifts x 11 = 22) per Lift per month all as specified & directed. Notes for SI Item Nos 1 to 8:- (i) This schedule does not include the items covered under Sch A Part - II. (ii) All the items required to ensure the smooth and perfect working of the lifts other than those covered under Sch A Part - II shall be deemed to be included in this schedule. (iii) Cleaning of machine rooms and lift pit, drain out water from lift pit shall be quoted rates. (iv) For BER lifts Comprehensive will not measure after dismantling of lift work started and instruction will given to contractor to stop the work by Engr -in- Charge.

SCHEDULE A PART-II (REPAIR / REPLACEMENT) M & L in repair unserviceable Main traction steel wire rope 13 mm dia (8x19S) 9-9-1) construction), fibre main core, 1420 N per sqmm tensile grade, bright surface finish, RHO (lay type and direction) including clamping by dog clamp, nuts & bolts, washers etc complete from main pulley to pit pulley complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs Governer steel wire rope 08 mm dia (8 X 19) constructions, fibre core, 1420 N per sq mm tensile grade, bright surface finish, RHO (lay type and direction), including clamping by dog clamp, nuts & bolts, washers etc complete complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair complete infra red door protection edge for full height of car door edge, 08/13 passenger capacity lift complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs landing push button complete with stainless steel plate 2 mm thick (size 95 mm X 300 mm) having push button and combined LED position indicator with arrow indicator including cutting to walls for fixing of push button unit including making good to disturbed surfaces for lift all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fix Travelling cable PVC insulated 12 core , 1sqmm copper conductoras per IS 4289(Part 2) :200 suspended type, freely movable with car cabin up and down movement between gorund & upper including neccesary proper connection with mid way junction, cop and other connection required for the circuit complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair electric fan axial flow type 300 mm sweep including fixing and necessary wiring complete all as specified and directed.

S&F with replacement of defective unserviciable control card microprocessor based compitable to existing VVVF drive and suitable for 06/08/13 passenger lift serving G+5/G+10/G+12,G+14 floors all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply fixing and testing on ground new battery operated Auto Rescue device PCB CARD suitable for 6PS/8PS/13PS serving G+5/G+8/G+10/G+12/G+13 and compatible with V3F Drive, micro processor based controller including all accessories and suitable wiring complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for replacement of existing unserviceable car operating push button unit with stainless steel face plate 2.0 mm thick (size 180 mm x 800 mm) having row of buttons for G+5/G+8/G+10/G+12/G+13 floors stop alarm DO-DC fan light Auto / attendant key etc with combined LED/LCD position indicator with arrow indicator for all landing of lift, programmabble as requiredcomplete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down unserviceable door drive of type and supply and fixing new automatic door drive unit with motor on car top with VVVF of 1 HP capacity all as specified & directed.

S&F in repairs breaking resistor choke for 10 HP VFD and necessary wiring including MS box enclosures for 6/8/13 Ps lifts complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old unserviceable hooter and supply fix and testing hooter with mp3 voice announcement system in the controller & high quality speaker on car top, with necessary provision of shaft wires & travelling cable complete as specified. The audio indicator shall announce the floor position , and emergency contact person/ contact number announcement etc. and continuous mild music in hindi and can be programmabble for music. The announcement system shall be in hindi and english. all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F in repair AC VVVF drive 11.0KW (HD) to automatic operation and to smooth jerk free working of lift and suitable for having speed of 1 m/s serving G+5/G+/10/G+13 floors complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling and taking out old unserviceable defective batteries of ARD and supply and fixing testing and commissining for new maintenance free battery for ARD including neccesary connnection like battery terminal of brass and copper lead to connect 12 V 18 AH batteries complete as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking out old unserviceable defective Chequred Plate and supply and fixing new Aluminun chequred plate of 5 mm suitable for existing lift at P-106 for Cabin flooring of existing size complete as specified and directed.

SCHEDULE A PART-III (MANNING AND OPERATION) Providing services for operation of multiple passenger lift installed at various buildings by deputing one lift attendent for vertical operation of one lift per shift for timing of Two shifts (i.e. 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs & 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs) including daily cleaning of car cabin, taking care of lift for smooth functioning, checking of vertical landing operation, any damage, pilferage, theft & any breakdown shall be immediately inform to concerned lift mechanic, JE/AGE E/M as specified and directed. Loaction/Bldg No : (i) P-98

Providing services for operation of multiple passenger lift installed at various buildings by deputing one lift attendant for vertical operation of Two lifts per shift for timing of Two shifts (i.e. 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs & 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs) including daily cleaning of car cabin, taking care of lift for smooth functioning, checking of vertical landing operation, any damage, pilferage, theft & any breakdown shall be immediately inform to concerned lift mechanic, JE/AGE E/M as specified and directed. Loaction/Bldg No : (i) S&T Complex (Officer) Notes for Sl item no 24 to 27:- (i) Passes will be processed after verification of certificate, Passes shall not be granted without submission of qualification proof & experience certificate for lift operator. In case of OEM, the qualification shall be verified by the Engineer-in-Charge before the issue of passes. (ii) Contractor shall submit ID proof, Residential proof, Bank A/C details to department and obtain approval of Engineer in-Charge before employing a person as Operators. (iii) Payment to employees shall be done by crossed cheque through Aadhaar linked bank account only and it shall not be less than minimum fair wages as per act in vogue. The contractor shall submit proof to Engineer-in-Charge before claiming any payment. (iv) Lift operators report at lift cell as per the shift timings specified in the tender and he will report to JE E/M in-Charge or Lift Cell in-Charge. In case of emergency he will function according to their directions. If he is found absent or moved without intimating to in-Charge of Lift Cell or JE E/M he will be treated as absent for the said shift and recovery to this effect for Rs 1500/- per shift shall be affected. (v) Payment as per quoted rate shall also be deducted in addition to the penalty as specified above. (vi) In case of malfunctioning if any noticed, lift operator shall intimate to the lift cell. (vii) In case of any necessity for rescue operation or in emergency situations, lift operator shall be capable of rescuing the passengers and reacting to the situation (in emergency situations) Rescue operator engaged for rescue operation shall immediately attend the complaint within 30 minutes failing which penalty at Rs 500/- per hour or part thereof shall be levied.

(viii) Contractor shall submit the labour licenece as applicable as per latest laws/acts & Copy of GST Regn registered number issued by concerned authority. (ix) Insurance coverage, compensation if any applicable or necessitated due to mis operation of lift shall be the responsibility of contractor. The quantum of compensation shall be assessed based on the BOO composing of Lift Inspector of Maharashtra State, representatives of both agencies carrying out M&O works and routine maintenance work of lift and members from department. (x) Contractor has to submit proof of payment of EPF subscription made by him as applicable as per latest laws/acts alongwith RAR failing which RAR will not be progressed for payment. (xi) The rates quoted by the contractor shall be deemed to be included provision of all latest labour laws / regulations including all relevant taxes as applicable. (xii) Lift attendant (semi skilled ) duly trained for Each shift. (xiii) The bidders are advised not to quote rate less than minimum fair wages as circulated by competent authority . If the quoted amount is less than the estimated cost as given at Sch A Note at Page No 15, the lowest bidder will have to depost FDR/BGB as elaborated herein after in favour of Accepting Officer within 07 days of opening of financial bid (cover No 2). (xiv) The deposited amount shall be the difference between estimated cost as given at Sch A Note at Page No 15, and amount quoted by lowest bidder for respective item. FDR/BGB shall be released only after satisfactory completion of work. If the contractor fails to pay minimum wages to employees, the department shall have right to with hold the said amount which will be verified by GE. The decision of Accepting Officer regarding amount to be withheld shall be final and binding. The withheld amount will be utilised by GE for payment to employees if contractor fails to pay minimum wages and balance amount if any shall only be released. If the lowest bidder fails to deposit the amount as stated above within 07 days, the contractor shall be banned for 06 months & his bid shall be rejected. The contractor shall submit 03 Nos of BGBs/FDRs of equal amount as mentioned above. The BGBs/FDRs validity shall be for 04 months, 08 month & 12 months respectively for the purpose of encashment release as the case may be. (xv) The rates quoted shall be inclusive of suitable reliver whenever necessary as required and directed by the Engineer in charge.
