Required1. Treasury Challan, Demand Draft Pay order or Bankers Cheque, Deposit at Call Receipt, Bank Guarantee, Fixed Deposit Receipt of any Scheduled Bank against EMD in favour of Executive Engineer, Siliguri Central Division EZCPWD, Nirman Sadan, Hakimpara, Sliguri-734001.

Required3. Valid Electrical Contractor License issued by Competent Authority or Undertaking from the agency that they shall associate with an CPWD agency having valid Electrical license from the Competent authority in its name, for execution

Required4. Copy of Registration for EPFO and ESIC

Required5. Copy of PAN Card issued by Competent Authority.

Required6. Receipt of Deposition of Original EMD

Required7. GST registration certificate, if already obtained by the bidder. If the bidder has not obtained GST registration in the State in which the work is to be taken up, or as required by GST authorities, then he shall scan and upload following undertaking along with bid documents.

Required8. Contractor has to upload ERP training Certificate as per Modification for enlistment under rule 12.0 in ER-2023 as per DG CPWD OM. No. DG/Enlist. Rule-2023/10 Dated 22.04.2024

Required9. Any other Document as specified in the press notice (If applicable).
