Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed tiles conforming to IS; 13753 of minimum thickness 5 mm of approved make like NITCO, ORIENT, SOMANY KAJARIA, or equivalent make in all colour , shades except begundy , bottle green, black of any size as approved by Enginers- in-charge in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm thick bed of cement Mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement: 3 coarse sand ) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg per sqm including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

Providing and fixing Ist quality PVC panelling having weight of sheet not less than 4.50 kg/m² ( 8 mm thick)

Distempering with Ist quality acrylic washable distemper (ready made) of approved manufacturer and of required shade /colour complete as per manufacturer's specifications.Two or more coats on new work.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade. Two or more coats on new work. Wood work.

Painting with ready mixed with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture in all shades to give an even shade. New steel work ( two or more coats)

Wiring fot light point/fan point /exhaust fan point/call bell point with 1.5 Sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface /recessed medium class PVC conduit with modular type switch, modular plate suitable size GI Box and earthing the point with 1.5 Sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc. as required.Group-B.

Wiring for light/power plug with 2x4 Sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface/recessed medium class PVC conduit with 1 No. 4 Sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable for loop earthing etc as required.
