Taking down fan, sealing cable end, dismantling blades and removing fan and blades to store.

Painting of ceiling fans complete, in situ with synthetic enamel paint by spraying including filling cavities with filler, one coat after cleaning all dust etc complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Dismantling and taking out burnt copper winding from ceiling fan of sweep 1200mm any make, model, type and rewinding the same with new super enameled copper wire of similar gauge and number of turns as exists for full speed, including cleaning and greasing of bearing/bushes, taping, varnishing, heating and replacement of defective parts and reassembling of fan motor and refixing the fan after testing complete to the entire satisfaction of the Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Contractor shall arrange repair/rewinding of ceiling fans work in RMS/Dimapur area with suitable winding machine and connected acessories. Preparation of old painted surface of Exhaust fan of any sweep, model and make by using chemicals, wire bush, etc to make smooth surface and apply two coats of synthetic enamel paint (first quality) by spraying similar to existing colour of the Exhaust fan, motor, blades (set of 3),complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down and Supply and fixing PVC Exhaust fan PVC 150 mm sweep single phase 50 Hz AC, air flow rate of 1350 RPM including fixing on wall with suitale fastners, making holes of suitable size and making good distrubed surfaces area complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
