Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil for laying of cable trenches all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layer not exc 25cm all as specified.

Removal of surplus soil (excavated soil) to distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point and all specified.

M&L for providing dry river sand / crush stone dust for cushioning to UG cable including punning down of sand in layers all as specified. Note :- Cushioning will be measured and paid after punning down.

Supply and laying factory cast, unreinforced precast concrete cable cover factory made embossed the mark “LT CABLE” class LV type1 flat size 250x150x40 mm laid in trenches as specified and as directed.

Taking down under ground 1.1 KV (E) Grade LT cable of size upto 10 sqmm to 300 sqmm 3.5/4 Core from pole/trenches/walls / ducts etc., for carrying out repairs , relaying, rerouting, laying back through same / different route after carrying out repair / issue under schedule of credit all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge at site.

Supply laying and testing cable XLPE insulated screened beded,galvanized steel trip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volt grade wiyh stranded aluminium conductor of size 10 sq mm 2 core. Including taking down old unserviceable cable any size by dismantling of all electrical connection etc all as diercted.

Cutting and filling with PCC (1:3:6) in bituminus road as per direction of Engr in Charge for laying of UG cable and match the existing road to the existing system.

M & L earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.’25 mtr below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanized earth plate using galvanised iron strip 25×4 mm as earthing lead by means of suitable size of GI nuts, bolts, check nuts and washers all as specified in electrical plate SSR Part I including necessary .Exc & earth work, providing charcoal and salt dust layers and construction of PCC pit in 1:3:6 using 20 mm size graded stone aggregate, precast RCC 40 mm thick cover in 1:2:4 type B 1 with 12 mm dia steel MS plain bar, lifting handle GI pipe of 50 mm bore for earth lead protection andGI pipe 15 mm dia for watering, with funnel and wire mesh including testing on completion. All as specified and as directed incl dismentling existing unsserviciable earthing .

Supply, fabricate, errect, connecting, testing, commisioning with replacement of LT pannels cubical outdoor type weather and vermin proof made out of 2 mm thick Stainless steel sheet of suitable size with front and rear opening and locking arrangement having 800 Amps capacity aluminium bus bar for phase 3 Nos and 1 No 800 amps bus bar for neutral mounted on epoxy insulator necessary copper control capacity control wiring heat shrinkable RYB coloured sleaves over bus bar for identification floor mounting angle iron base earth shields circular holes at bottom/top to receive incoming and outgoing cable. cable lugs, cable gland of size as required pannel suitable for the following control/filments sensible for 3 phase 50Hz 415V system complete comprising the following and including necessary PCC/Brick work for mounting of pannel. (16 Lt Cdr Qtr) (a) 4 Nos bus bar high conductivity aluminium alloy strips proper insulated for phase (RYB) with 800 Amps & neutral rating 400 amps and mounting on porcelain support.- 01 Set (b) MCCB 630 Amp 4 pole 36 KA 415 Volt ( Incoming) - 01 No (c) MCCB 320 Amp 25 KA 4 pole - 02 (d) MCCB 200 Amp 16 KA 4 pole - 01 (e) MCCB 63 Amps 16 kA 4 pole -08 Nos (f) LED Indicator lamp RYB -Set of three-01 Nos (g) Digital multifunction meter (V, A, F, PF, KW, KVA)

Renewal/ Repairs to LT Panel Board of any size complete as mentioned below:- (I) Repair/ replacement of damaged hinges of each compartment (ii) Taking down existing bus bars cleaning with CTC applying with becktol red solution, providing bus bar insulation and refixing with new s/s nuts, bolts, washers etc. (iii) Replacement of damaged copper flexible cable and fixing new copper flexible cable of suitable size for incoming and out going connections of each MCCB terminals to bus bars. (iv) Replacement of damaged/ worn out/ loose connections/ cable lugs for incoming & outgoing cables. (v) Replacement of u/s CT's, ammeters, Volt meters, Indication Lamps (01 Set each) including provision of new wiring for the same. Note : Ammeters and CT's shall be wired with 2.5 sqmm copper wire. (vi) Replacement of neoprene gasket for all doors of panel board. Note : i) Cost for replacement of spares are deemed to be included in the quoted rates. ii) The rate shall be deemed to be included for replacement of worn out rusted, Channels, hinges, bolts, split pins and cable lugs, cable glands and neoprene gasket with painting to all doors including raising of foundation to 0.3 M height etc. iii) Cost of replacement of MCCB's, Repairs to ACB's not included in the scope of work.
