Washing, cleaning of chlorine machine unit including chlorine tank, pipe line & specials etc by engaging skilled personnel once in a month with supply of fast moving spares parts (spares cost will be paid seperately) such as gland packing, clamp, nut & bolt etc as required to keep the unit in healthy condition with effect from 01.02.2026 to 31.01.2028 for the pump house as per enclosed annexure.

16 Nos x 1 time/month x 24 months = 384 Times

N.B. i) All the pump house are to be visited and inpected at least once in a month ii) Servicing & overhauling to be made regularly with necessary replacement of spares (cost of spares will be paid separately). iii) Proper service sheet should be maintained for each of the pump house and to be signed by concerned departmental supervisor/operator for each visit and working and to be submitted at the end of tenure of the EIC. iv) In case of sudden breakdown, the site is to be attended immediately without any extra claim. v) Chlorine test report of water at the nearest end should be submitted once in a month.
