Material and labour for glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 450X 350X 7mm thick as on vertical surfaces, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement with pigment to match with the shade of tiles laid over and including 10mm thick screed backing layer in CM (1:3) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete over and including screed bed of 20 mm thick in CM 1:3 all as directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab 20-25mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, etc over & including 10 mm thick rendering (bedding layer) in CM 1:3,laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and mmirror finished complete.

M&L for vitrified ceramic tiles light shed 10 mm thick (square/rectangular) polished area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm but in floors etc set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in white or coloured cement with pigment to match including 15 mm thick screed bed (1:6) in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour coloured non skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm as in floors, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over and including 15mm thick screed bed of CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for granite (of any type) 20 mm thick work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, skirting,windowsills, cooking platforms etc and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with granite shade complete over and including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in CM 1:3 for laying floor finishes all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rounding to edges of granite stone slabs one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform, and other similar situations (inner side only)

M & L in replacement of Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60×60cm.× 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less'than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead using galvanised iron strip 25×4mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion.
