Supply, install, test and commissioning step down transformer, outdoor type, plinth mounted HT 11 KV, 3 phase 433 volts, 4 wire, 50 Hz, delta/star connected, vector group DYN -11 double copper wound, ONAN, manual type off load tap changing facility on HT side to vary secondary voltage from minus 7.5% to plus 7.5% in steps of 2.5 %, continuous rating of capacity 100 KVA including bushing on HT end cable box on LT side. The transformer shall be completed with all standard fittings and accessories, gauges, first fill of transformer oil, etc, and conforming to level 3 of IS 1180 : 2014, BEE certified, duly mounted on 1.2 mtr high plinth and all as specified and as directed. Supply, laying and testing of High Tension XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor cable 3 core 95 Sqmm, 11/ 0.433KVA grade, suitable for earthed system, complete all as specifed and as directed.

Supply, laying and testing of Low tension XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium sonductor of size 3.5 core x 120 Sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Cable jointing kit for 11 KV earthed grade cable for outdoor termination, Heat shrink type joint with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sq mm complete all as specifed and as directed

Supply, installation & connecting electrically & commissioning switch air break, gang operated, triple pole mounted on insulators 12 Nos and steel frame with operating mechanism in worked from ground level, drop out fuse, for current rating upto 400 amps and working voltage 11000 volts all as required at site as directed.

Supply & fix in replacement of lightening arrestor metal oxid type complete with all fittings transmission class discharge capacity 65 Kilo Amps suitable for 11000 volts grade complete all specified and as directed.

M&L for Mild steel cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from steel section including nuts, bolts, washers, welding bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as directed and inclusive of one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of aluminium paint complete all specified and as directed.
