M&L in replacement earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60x60cmx6mm thick, burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meters deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level connected to galvanised iron strip 32x6 mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as showin in electrical plate No 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated includig testing on completion.

Supply and fixing in replacement MCCB 4 pole , LT 415 Volts, 50 Hz AC grade 630 amps rating and 50 KA rupturing capacity,adjustable thermal and fixed magnetic type( Ics=100%Icu) with spreader terminals and all fixing arrangement in existing panel complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement MCCB 4 pole , LT 415 Volts, 50 Hz AC grade 400 amps rating and 36 KA rupturing capacity,adjustable thermal and fixed magnetic type( Ics=100%Icu) with spreader terminals and all fixing arrangement in existing panel complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement MCCB 4 pole , LT 415 Volts, 50 Hz AC grade 250 amps rating and 36 KA rupturing capacity,adjustable thermal and fixed magnetic type( Ics=100%Icu) with spreader terminals and all fixing arrangement in existing panel complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement MCCB 4 pole , LT 415 Volts, 50 Hz AC grade 200 amps rating and 36 KA rupturing capacity,adjustable thermal and fixed magnetic type( Ics=100%Icu) with spreader terminals and all fixing arrangement in existing panel complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement MCCB 4 pole , LT 415 Volts, 50 Hz AC grade 160 amps rating and 36 KA rupturing capacity,adjustable thermal and fixed magnetic type( Ics=100%Icu) with spreader terminals and all fixing arrangement in existing panel complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Labour only for shifting & refixing the serviceable MCCB/ACB in any existing panel whose MCCB/ACB got damaged/Burnt complete with all accessories as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches, n. exc 1.5 Mtr wide and n. exc 1.65 Mtr in depth for foundation/laying of cable and getting out in soft/loose soil.

Removing of excavated soil to a distance n. Exc 50 Mtr and depositing where directed at a level n. Exc 1.5 Mtr above the starting point

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n. Exc 25 cm thick.

Supply & spread unwashed dry river sand for sand cushioning and covering the under ground cable in trenches. (Note :- Punning thickness shall be measured.)

M&L for brick protection with sub Class`B` bricks old size laid dry, flat over cable perpendicular across the cable in trenches complete all as directed.

Taking out Unsv U/G cable of any size along with cable cover from Trenches and stacking serviceable / unserviceable bricks / PCC cover at site for re-use complete all as specified & directed.

Laying only old serviceable Bricks/PCC cover retreived from Srl item No 22 above complete all as specified and directed.

The ring switch/ isolator should have :- (i) 630 AMPs, TP single break switch, 3 position (ON, OFF & earth) ring main switch, each with independent manual charged spring mechanism and fully rated earth switch. (ii) Air insulated cable boxes for bottom entry of cable. (iii) One set (3 Nos) of cable Bushings. (iv) Capacitve voltage indicators-LED Display. (v) Mimic diagram on front panel, complete with status indicators (ON OFF, EARTH). (vi) Set of Right Angle boots (Non touch proof type). (vii) Set of 630 AMPs continuously rated copper bus bars. (viii) Provision for padlocking for open, close, earth position in correct sequence. (ix) Manometer for indicating SF6 gas pressure with green & red Zone. (x) Set of hooks strong enough to take the load of entire unit while lifting by means of crane. (xi) SF6 tank of 3 mm stainless steel, robotically welded construction (having degree of protection IP67). (xii) Exteranl stud for earthing connections. (xiii) Out Enclosure (Cladding) constructed with CRCA sheets (having degree of protection IP54). (xiv) Cable cleat for LBS function. (xv) Operating handle.

Supplying and laying un-reinfoced precast concrete cable cover of class HV type 1 with flat size 300 x 180 x 40mm compete with width equal to length of brick laid dry and flat abutting each other with gaps between adjacent brick not exceeding 10mm as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, laying jointing testing and commissioning of HT underground XLPE insulated, screened PVC bedded galvanized steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor 11KV grade (Earthed) of size 95 sqmm 3 core confirming to IS-7098 Pt-II cable laid in trenches/walls/ducts/poles etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing 100mm PCC platform on top of brick masonry of Size 3x3 mtrs (outer dimensions) and 1.2 mtr high from ground level and 0.5 mtr below ground level for placing HT Swith gare, chainlink fencing around the platform fixed to angle iron post 1.8 mtr high using angle iron of size 40mm x 40mm x 6mm, mild steel round bars (straight or cambered) 10mm dia for tightening of chain link fencing and 1.00m away from platform with entry gate and steps and applying a coat of black bituminious paint over a coat of red oxide primer on the steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed including provision as under :- (i) 100mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation of brick wall and fencing post including excavation in earthwork, return filling in and removal of surplus soil. (ii) Brick work with fly ash brick in CM 1:6 including 15mm thick plastering in CM 1:4 over exposed surfaces. (iii) 100mm thick hard core using brick bats of grade n.exc 63mm. (iv) 100mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base. (v) 100mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type D-2 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in flooring finished even and fair. (vi) Two coats of cement base paint over a coat of cement primer over plastered surfaces complete. (vii) Chain link MS galvanised fancing of mesh size 75mm x 75mm and dia of wire 3mm complete.

Supply, jointing & testing outdoor type cable end termination (heat shrink type) complying with jointing materials and accessories suitable for 11 KV underground XLPE cable of size 95 sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge.

S&F steel tubes light grade 100mm dia galvanized with all fittings fixed to wall/floors/poles etc. complete all as specified and directed

M&L Earthing complete as per electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part I with galvanised steel plate earth electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6.0mm, burried directly vertically in ground in a pit of depth not less than 2.25 metres below ground level with the top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5m below normal ground level connected to and including galvanised iron or steel earth strip lead 32X6mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel earthing wire protected by galvanised iron or steel pipe 15mm bore medium grade and connected to continuous earth wire on pole/ test point. Watering pipe shall be 20mm bore GI medium grade including excavation and earth work in any type of soil, PCC pit and RCC cover complete all as specified and tested complete. Notes :- (i) The concrete pit shall be PCC (1: 3:6), 20mm thick precast cover slab of RCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate with suitable mild steel handle in lieu of cast iron cover shown in electrical plate No-03 of MES SSR Part-I. Reinforcement in RCC cover shall be 8 mm dia TMT steel bar @ 150mm c/c both ways. (ii) Item includes the cost of 7.5 mtr GI pipe for protection of earth lead/strip. Any varriation in length shall be measured and paid through relevent item of schedule 'A'. (iii) Item includes the cost of 7.5 mtr earth lead strip. (iv) Earth eletrode shall be surrounded by adequate quantity of charcoal dust and salt to packedthickness of 150mm on all sides as specified.
