Material and Labour for providing water proofing treatment to sunken portion of WCs, bathroom etc by applying cement slurry mixed with two component Elastomeric Acrylic based polymer modified cementitious composite compound coating including taking down existing treatment including PCC as in sunken portion of WC and removing beyond the premises of site. The following procedures to be adopted during the execution of work :- (i) First layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 kg/sqm mixed with Acrylic based polymer modified cementitious composite compound @ 0.253 kg/sqm. The layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours. (ii) Second layer of slurry of cement @ 0.242 kg/sqm mixed with Acrylic based polymer modified cementitious composite compound @ 0.126 kg/sqm. The layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed with water curing for 48 hours. (iii) 20mm thick screed in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with liquid water proofing compound. (iv) Provide 40mm dia light grade GI spout at the lowest point with 30cm projection beyond the out face of the wall. (v) Cement concrete 1:5:10 type E-2 using 20mm graded brick aggregates as in sunken portion of WC Note: Mode of measurement shall be plan area of sunken portion.

Material and Labour for providing cement concrete type B0 1:2:4 (12.50mm graded stone aggregate) in , leveling concrete for Roof slab, kerbs, water troughs/Chajjas and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating all as specified and as directed .

Note : 3runs of cable one run of casing and capping will be measured as unit length for payment.

Removing of old existing and supply and fixing of new sub main wiring 1100 volts grade multistranded FRLS copper conductors, two runs of single core 6 Sqmm along with 6 Sqm PVC insulated single core multistranded copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor run along with PVC conduit all as specified and as directed. Note : 3runs of cable one run of casing and capping will be measured as unit length for payment.

Supply and fixing of GI Bracket made out of GI tubing medium grade 25 mm bore, approx length 1.5 m long including MS clamps made out of MS flat iron 25 x 6 mm, nuts, bolts, washers etc and including before Fixing applying two coats of aluminum paint over a coat of red oxide primer including removing the old existing GI bracket from bldg complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix electric water heater, storage type steel body with copper inner tank and heating element up to 2 KW capacity 25 litre, BEE 5 Star rated complete with all accessories such as safety valve, thermostat, NRV, connection piece etc. all as specified and directed.
