Selection of Agency for Comprehensive Maintenance and Operations Support for Integrated Command and Control Centre, Hubballi- Dharwad for 1 Year

Bidder must have similar project experience in Operations & Maintenance of a Command-and-Control Centre/Integrated Traffic Control System (ITCS)/ Integrated Traffic management system (ITMS)/ Integrated Command and Control Centre having capacity of more than 10 operators/ Command and Control Centre/ Control Room/ Integrated Command and Control Centre in the last ten years in Central Government/ state government /ULBs/Smart Cities/PSU. The project should have been executed or be ongoing for the operation and maintenance of an Integrated Command and Control Centre in any of the Smart Cities.

The Bidder shall be a legally registered entity in India and shall have been in operation for at least five years for the lead bidder.

The bidder should not be blacklisted by any State Government, Central Government or any other Public Sector undertaking as on the date of Bid Submission. The bidder or its consortium partners should not be terminated by any State Government, Central Government or any other Public Sector undertaking as on the date of Bid Submission

There should not be any incidence in past of initiation of bankruptcy or winding proceedings or any legal action for violation of any government rules/regulations against the bidder

Bidder Should be ISO 27001:2013 and 9001:2015 Certified.

Bidder should submit the site survey report signed from HDMC Executive Engineer-IT

Bidder should have registered office in Karnataka. In case the bidder does not have an office, they should provide an undertaking to open office in Karnataka within 30 days from the date of the Letter of Intent (LOI)

Proof of Concept covering as per the tracks of ICCC and real time reports as per Annexure A

The Bidder should be a Company registered under the Companies Act 1956 or Partnership firm registered under the Partnership Act of 1932or Companies Act2013or registered (converted to) under the Indian Limited LiabilityPartnershipAct,2008in India and must be operational for atleast10 Year as on publication of bid.

Power of attorney/board resolution to the authorized Signatory of the Bid

The bidder should have average annual turnover greater than Rs. 2 (Two) Crore for the last three financial years. (FY 2022-2023, 2023-24,2024-25)

The Bidder shall submit the Certificate from the Banker(As per the format given in next page, section XV) that the bidder has liquid financial resources (Line of credit(LOC) to the extent of Rs 29.75lakh rupees, conditional LOC shall be considered for rejection of the bid).

The Bidder must have positive net worth as per last audited financial year.
