SCHEDULE A BOQ

Treatment of the sunken floor slab comprises of the following specification and all as specified Make :- Dr Fixit/ M/s Sika india Pvt Ltd/ STP Ltd/ M/s Fosroc Chemicals

(a) Demolition of cement concrete filling of any description in sunken portion in toilet and removing debris outside MD land.

(b) Cleaning the sunken/ lowered portion of RCC slab surfaces (including vertical total depth plus skirting height) of floors by wire brush, chisel out any mortar sticking to the surface and brooming completely. 40mm thick avg PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded aggregate as in padding conc to achieve proper sploe including cutting holes in bricks or RCC wall for spout (WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

(c) Rendering of uneven surfaces with 10mm thick CM 1:4 mixed with integral water proofing compound @ 3% by wt of cement consumed. Fill it with water and check dampness and seepage. Where dampness/ seepage is noticed, nozzles shall be fixed and grouting carried out. (WPC shall be measured and paid separately).

(d) All junctions points of side wall where CI/ GI pipes are passing through shall be sealed with epoxy putty.

(e) After drying putty, wash the slab and sides of sunken portion with water and make it clear and clean.

(f) M&L for applying two coats of polymer modified cementious water proof coating as per manufactures instruction to bottom and vertical sides up to finished floor level+100mm height. The thickness of two layer shall be 1mm. When the second layer is still sticky, coarse sand spray shall be carried for the vertical and bottom surface of the sunken portion all as specified and directed (This item shall be pleasured and paid separately)

(g) Plaster the bottom and sides up to bottom of the skirting with minimum 20mm thick CM 1:4 mixed with integral water proofing compound 3% by wt of cement consumed as per manufacturers specification including rounding of corners and junctions sloping towards spout. (WPC shall be measured & paid separately).

(h) M&L PCC 1:5:10 type E2, complete all as specified

(j) M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B0 12.5mm thick, complete all as specified

Note for item No 2 to 11 :- Test the water proofed area (ponding test) by filling water for at least 72 hours and tested for leakage, seepage and to the entire satisfaction of GE. Test shall be done in presence of reps of Engineer-in-Charge and record for each sunken slab shall be maintained. The treatment shall be carried out by authorised applicators of chemicals. Cost of testing is included in the rates quoted above.

Note for item No 13 :- Water proofing treatment will be done by manufacturer of acrylic based polymer modified cementitious composite compound or through their authorised specialised agency otherwise no payment shall be made to the contractor if water proofing is executed otherwise.

Joint free non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 mm to 8mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.09Sqm but n exc 0.18 Sqm, in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with tiles , laid over and including cement screed bed 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 complete Note : The Unit rate is deemed to be included for following : (a) Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises. (b) The manufacturer's test certificate and individual test certificate for tiles must be submitted for approval by the concerned authority prior to installation/fixing

Glazed ceramic coloured tiles 450 x 300 mm x 7 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with tiles on vertical surface such as dado, laid over and including backing coat with cement mortar 10 mm thick in CM 1:3 complete complete all as specified and directed. Note : The Unit rate is deemed to be included for following : (a) Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises. (b) The manufacturer's test certificate and individual test certificate for tiles must be submitted for approval by the concerned authority prior to installation/fixing

Demolition of cement concrete reinforced (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) of any description and in any position etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Fly ash Brick work with sub-class `B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 M mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Fly ash Brick work obtained from demolition of brick work on plan exceeding 6 M mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 15 mm thick in two layers on brick or concrete surfaces,first coat 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 and 2nd coat 5mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer instructions finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note: (a) Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately. (b) The unit rate quoted is deemed to included for Removing of accumulated earth of any width and depth upto 15 cm cleaning/cutting the grass with hand operated petrol/kerosene driven grass cutting machine and removing the grass waste around 3 m from plinth protection to outside MD land Note: Periodicity of cutting of grass shall be before commencement of work and after completion of repairs.

Supply Only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed. Make:-Dr. Fixit Pidi Proof and equivalent.

Preparation of new decorated plastered or unplastered surface of wall, brooming down or steel wire brushing down smoke soot, moulds mass, efflorescent , trading, oil, greasy spots and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) in coping of including necessary form work fair and even surface without using extra cement including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including demolish existing one as directed

Machine cut cudappah stone slab 20-25mm thick, laid over and including 15mm thick cement screed base in CM(1:4), laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed. NOTE : (i) The manufacturer's test certificate and individual test certificate for tiles must be submitted for approval by the concerned authority prior to installation. (ii) Dismantling of stone slab and tiles laid bedded and pointed in any mortar of any discription of thickness in floor (iii) The unit rate is deemed to be included for rounding to edges of stone slabs.

Plain cement concrete type 1:4:8 type D2 (40 mm graded aggregate ) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed

Easing of door shutters for easy closing/opening and tightening of hinges or changing the position of hinges, adjustment of tower bolts, sliding bolts with new screws etc, Size of door upto 2 Sqm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Easing of window shutters, kitchen cupboard shutters, show case shutter drawers including fixing of screws adjusting handles, knobs tightening piano hinges including misc small adjustments , size of window upto 1.5 Sqm. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Note for item No 64 : (a) Vitrified tiles are classified under group B1a of the international Standard for ceramic tiles ISO: 13006. Tiles shall be hard, dense, impervious and frost resistant. Water absorption of tiles shall be less than 0.5% and flexural strength (Modulus of Rupture) shall be more than 35 N/Sqmm. (b) The manufacturer's test certificate and individual test certificate for tiles must be submitted for approval by the concerned authority prior to installation/fixing

Plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, with riveted , bolted or welded attachment.(Fe 410 -W (Gde- E-250) quality -A including taking down.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Salt-glazed stoneware drain pipes, 110mm bore, laid in trenches and jointed as specified, complete including taking existing pipe any size all as specified and as directed.

Plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C2 (40 mm graded stone aggregate) as concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested for pipes of size 110 mm bore of pipe, complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good pipe and rendering cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete (1:2:4 type B-1) smooth finished and reforming benching as required 150mm internal bore, complete all as specified

Bullnosed chequered cement concerete tiles 30 cm X30cmX25mm thick machine pressed set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry as in treads and cut and polished using gray cement and pigments over screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick for laying floor finishes in cement mortar (1:4) including taking down existing tiles complete all as specified and aas directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- The manufacturer's test certificate and individual test certificate of tiles must be submitted for approval by the concerned authority prior to installation.

Chequered cement concerete tiles machine pressed set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry on vertical surfaces as in skirting, dados and risers of steps and cut and polished using gray cement and pigments over 10 mm thick back coating of cement mortar 1:3 including taking down existing tiles complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- The manufacturer's test certificate and individual test certificate of tiles must be submitted for approval by the concerned authority prior to installation.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel of 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement ,including forms ,moulds ,mitred /stopped ends etc all as specified
