Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.9 kg/10 sqm).

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Wall painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour. Two coats

Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content.With water thinnable cement primer on wall surface having VOC content less than 50 grams/litre.

6 mm plaster on cement concrete or reinforced cement concrete work with white cement based polymer modified self curing mortar of approved make as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : One or more coats on old work.

Repair to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sqm and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing plastering the wall surface with white cement based polymer modified self-curing mortar, including disposal of rubbish, all complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand).

Providing and applying traditional Sohrai Painting on wall surface, including preparation of surface, layout of design, and execution of free-hand tribal motifs in natural/approved synthetic earth-based colours (red, white, black) in two coats at all heights, complete as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
