Material and labour for servicing /testing of line breaker/control panel, transformer breaker, line circut brakers including outdoor CT, PT and relays in control panel of outdoor VCB of capacity 800 Amps/1200 Amps / 2000 Amps and rating 36 KV complete as details mentioned as under (800 Amps x 01 Nos, 1250 Amps x 07 Nos and 2000 Amps x 3 Nos) :- (a) Details of servicing of breaker :- (i) Checking of Closing/Tripping coil assembly (ii) Adjustment of mechanism if required. (iii) Clean the circuit breaker to remove dust and dirt. The envelope of the vacuum interrupter and insulating materials shall be wiped with a clean cloth. (iv) Checking the contact for wear. Replace if the contact piece has worn out. (v) Apply a small amount of oil to rotary sections, sliding surfaces, pins, coupling section, etc.use grease for the operating shaft and bearings, and machine oil for other parts. (vi) Check for rust and wear. (vii) Checking of spring charge mechanism (viii) Visual check for rust and deformation. (ix) Check for loosened bolts and nuts, broken spring washers and snap pins etc. (x) Check for loosened connections, rust, damaged lead wires. (xi) Checking of control circuit & tighten the connections if any.

Material and labour for servicing /testing of breaker/control panel including CT, PT and relays in control panel of VCB of capacity 2000 /800/630 Amps and rating 11 KV complete as details mentioned as under (630 Amps x 05, 800 Amps x 15, 1250Amps x 01 and 2000 Amps x 03):- (a) Details of servicing of breaker :- (i) Adjustment of mechanism if required. (ii) Clean the circuit breaker to remove dust and dirt. The envelope of the vacuum interrupter and insulating materials shall be wiped with a clean cloth. (xiv) Improvement of resistance of epoxy insulator and epoxy body by applying post heated varnish. (xv) Replacement of Dashpot/shock absorbers . (xvi) Replacement of carbon brush of spring charging motor (b) The following test shall be carried out:- (i) Primary Injection Test of CT / PT (ii) Closing & Opening Timing Test for all three poles. Supplying and fixing , Stretching, Securing, Connecting & testing of Aluminium Conductor Steel Reinforced (ACSR) of size Zebra/Panther/Wolf for 33 KV yard complete incluiding taking out old unserviceable conductor complete all as directed.

M&L in replacement of damage single/double /triple tension disc insulators and hardware fitting and fixing in position including tighetning of bolts & nuts, complete after desmantling and lowering of damage conductor/disc insulator by taking tension of conductor on a separate arrangement including opening & provinding of jumpers of 33 KV tension towers complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement of damage single/ double /triple disc suspension disc insulator by re-arranging with good/new disc insulators after taking the load of conductor on alternate arrangement including proper clamping etc. as per site requirement of 33 KV tower complete all as specified and directed.

Testing the cables with high voltage DC testing machine and locating the fault in the cables by fault locating machine to pin point exact position of fault, disconnecting faulty 33 KV HT cables of different sizes from both ends, removal of Fault, Re-connections and testing of cables after removal of fault complete all as specified and directed. Note-: (a) 33 KV HT cable & joints shall be measured and paid for seperately under respective items of schedule. (b) Retrieved old serviceable cable cover will be laid in trenches for cable protection. If extra PCC cover and sand required at site shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of BOQs. (c) Excavation and earth work will be measured and paid for seperately under respective items of schedule.

Material and labour for emergency maintenance work of 33 KV yard during breakdown by deploying skilled labourer and electricians at faulty site having Gang of minimum 6 persons and transportation including hydraulic machine and other tools and plant required at site for fault rectification. Note:- Contractor or his rep shall come to the site of breakdown within one hour of notification of breakdown . In case the rep or contractor do not come to the site of breakdown and start attending breakdown within 1.00 hour a penalty of Rs 1000 per fault per hour will be imposed over contractor and will be deduct from his dues.
