Supply of steel for H.T. overhead lines (both channel and angle).

Fabrication & erection of steel materials for H.T. overhead lines.

Supply of 11KV, 5KN polymer pin insulator- 32mm dia (total length of pin should be 404.40mm & thread part of the pin should be 165.10mm)

Supply of 11KV, 90KN polymer disc insulator.

Supply of 11KV, 90KN polymer disc insulator hardware fittings.

Erection of disc/pin insulator for 11KV overhead lines as required.

Erection of all aluminium conductor of 7/3.40mm to 7/4.00mm (125 sq. Mm.) diameter and above including binding etc./ 1C × 120 sq mm 11 KV grade covered conductor.

Supply of 1C × 120 sq mm 11 KV grade covered conductor.

Supply of 11 KV, 3 core, 300 sq mm, (UG) XLPE cable with stranded compact circular aluminium conductor, conductor screen with extruded semi conducting compound, XLPE insulated, insulation screening with extruded semi conducting compound in combition with copper tape, cores laid up, extruded inner sheath of PVC, galvanized steel round wire armoured and overall pvc sheathed cable conforming to Is 7098 (part-2)2011,including all test report with upto Date amendments.

Installation, laying & commissioning Of 3 core, 11 KV grade 300 sqmm XLPE cable with horizontal directional drilling (HDD) method by providing 160mm HDPE pipe (PE-80,PN-8) pipe casing including jointing of HDPE pipe, pit making for machine placement etc. (At a depth of 4 mtr below gound ) (excluding of pipe)

Supply of 160mm dia HDPE pipe, (PE-80, PN-8) ISI marked and as per relevant IS specification.

Supplying and erection of three piece polymer make type lighting arrestor suitable for 3 wire, 6.6kv overhead lines with rated voltage 6KV (rms) with a nominal discharge current rating of 5KA and complete with galvanised clamping arrangement ,G.I. bolts ,nuts, washers etc. as required

Supply and erection of outdoor termination kits heat shrinkable type suitable for 11kv, 3 core, 300 sqmm, HT UG jointing cable kit complete with all accessories including lugs suitable for 3 core XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 11 KV grade, 300 sq.mm. as required

Supply and fixing of medium class G.I. pipe of of 150 mm dia (nominal) 8m length along the pole with nut & bolt and clamps for rising of cable as required.

Supplying and fixing cable route marker with 10cm×10cm×5mm thick G.I. plate with inscription there on bolted/welded to 35mm×35mm×6 mm angle iron, 60cm long and fixing the same in ground as required.

Supply of 11KV outdoor type 3 phase 800 Amp double break type 11KV × 3 post insulator per phase ( Horizontal mounted knife edge type contacts, polymer make type GOAB switch )

Erection of GOAB for HT Overhead line including supply, fabrication & erection of steel materials (Channel Iron of size 100mm x 50 mm x 6mm (9.56 kg/m) =32.05 x 9.56= 306.39 kg, for clamp 50 mm x 8 mm GI Flat Iron (3.14 kg/m) =10 nos. x 0.7 mtr.x3.14kg/mtr= 21.98kg) , (supply & erection of Operating pipe of size 40mm & operating handle with locking arrangement), nut bolts, washers etc. as required.

Supply of 08 SWG G.I. wire

Making of G.I. net cradle guard and its erection with fabrication & erection of its steel materials.

Excavation of earth and Earthing with G.I earth plate 600mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 meters long etc. with charcoal/coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing H.T. danger plate of 250mm×200mm, made of mild steel , at least 2mm thick and vitreous enamelled white on both sides and with inscription in single red colour on front sides as required

Supply and fixing of Nut & Bolts.

Dismantling of pole/street light standard/strut embedded in cement concrete foundation etc. as required.

Dismantling of overhead line comprising of copper/aluminum overhead conductor, G.I. wire, cross arms, insulators etc.

Dismantling of upto 30 mtr steel tower (5nos.) for Overhead line comprising of copper / aluminum overhead conductor, G.I wire , Cross arms, insulator etc. as required. Including CRC (Electrical contact cleaner), Gas cutter, pulley, tools etc. as required.

Loading and unloading of materials from E&M workshop to worksite and work site to workshop.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, for all lift, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. All kinds of soil.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level. 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-Ill) derived from natural sources: 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level. 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-Ill) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete

Brickwork with Fly Ash Brick (230x115x75 mm size) bricks of class designation 10 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

12 mm cement plaster finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix: 1:4(1 cement: 4 fine sand)

Supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete.

Total impact of GST plus Labour Cess [@ 1 % (BOCW Cess to be deducted from the RA bill as per the value of the work progress)] for the purpose of CTC
