Excavation in soil in hilly area in all heights and depths and in all kind of soil by all means including saturated soil comprising of ordinary soil, soft rocks, hard rocks, chiseling/ wedging out of rock ( where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soil, setting out true to the required line, grades, width cutting and trimming of side slopes to level as shown on the drawing and as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge at site according to the M.O.R.D. technical specification section 300 and 1600 and sorting out useful materials and stacking the same in all leads and lifts in acquired width of the road and transportation of un-useful material for filling in road ways, camber, embankments for grade improvements and disposal of all useful material to acquired width of the road or on approved dumping sites through all modes of transporation including head load or animals transport or mechanical means along with its leveling fine dressing and hauling /carriage of machineries, materials, tools equipments and safety measures. Recovery for usefull stone of 71.85 cum (Seventy One point Eight Five cubic metre) @ 300/-cum (Rupees three hundred per cubic metre) only shall be effected from the contractor bill on pro-rata basis for the quality of cutting in earth work executed. Any loss to the public / private property during the course of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be duly compensated by him in all cases., including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana,Tol tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government. The land for dumping sites shall be arranged by the contractor himself and nothing extra shall be paid on this account.

Earth work in excavation for structures in all depths as per drawing and M.O.R.D. technical specification section 300 and 1600 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal in all lead and lift including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated Suitable materials. All work of rock cutting by blasting shall be carried out by taking all necessary precautions against soil erosion, damage to hill side, water pollution etc. and to protect stability of hill side rock shall be excavated with chiseling and wedging out rock (where blasting is prohibited). All earth work in cutting/excavation including rock excavation shall be carried out true to lines grades, side slopes, width, camber super elevation and level as shown on the drawings or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge hauling and stacking of materials useful for construction at suitable sites and safe disposal of unsuitable cut materials in specified manner, filling of unevenness blind age and finishing the road to specified dimension or as directed by the Enginer-in-Charge. If the foundation of the structure is in an area with stagnant water or water is met with in the excavation due to spring seepage rain and other causes it shall be removed by suitable diversion, bailing out or pumping as directed and the area of the foundation or embankment shall be kept dry. Any loss to the public or private property during the course of excavation shall be the whole responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be duly compensated by him at his own cost in all cases.The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana,Tol tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying Mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain / reinforced concrete nominal mix 1:5:10 ( one cement is to five sand is to tent graded crushed stone aggregate 40 millimeter (forty millimeter) nominal size in or under water and curing complete for 14 (fourteen) days, in open foundations for all type of structures and the like drain etcetera including pumping or bailing out water (surface and sub soil water) dewatering for all depths and any quantum of water including removal of slush which may arise at the time of laying under water complete for all heights / depths including the cost of form work complete as per drawings and M.O.R.D. technical specification Clauses 802,803,1202 and 1203 or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate includes octroi,royality,Malkana,Tol tax, sale tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing 100mm (Hundred millimeter) diameter poly Vinyl chloride pipe Weep holes in brick masonry/stone masonry, plain/reinforced concrete abutments, wing walls return walls and retaining /breast walls etc., extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1 (V):20 (H) (one vertical is to twenty horizontal ) towards drainage face complete as per drawings and MORD technical specifications clause 614,709,1204.3.7 or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge ,including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate includes octroi,royality,Malkana,Tol tax, sale tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying of boulder apron laid in wire crates with 4 mm (four millimetre diametre) dia GI wire conforming to IS:280 and IS:4826 in 100 mm x 100 mm (one hundred millimetre into one hundred millimetre) mesh (woven diagonally) including 10 (ten) per cent extra for laps and joints laid with stone boulders weighing not less than 25 kg (Twenty Five kilogram) each as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 1301. injcluding leads, lifts and other incidental complete in all respect including hauling /carriage of materials to various location through all modes of transportation in and as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.The rate is including royality, Malkana,Toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.
