DRAIN & CULVERT WORKS Earth work in excavation for foundation trenches of walls, retain -ing walls, footings of columns, steps, septic tanks etc. including refilling (return filling) the quantity as necessary after completion of work, breaking clods in return filling, dressing, watering and ramming etc. and removal of surplus earth with all leads and lifts as directed and specified in following classification of soils including bailing out water where necessary as directed and specified. Providing soling in foundation and under floor with stone/ best quality picked jhama bricks, sand packed and laid to level and in panels after preparing the surface as directed including all labour and materials and if necessary dewatering complete . a) Brick on flat soling

Plain cement concrete work with coarse aggregate of sizes 13mm to 32mm in foundation bed for footings, steps, walls, brick work etc. as directed and specifoed including dewatering if necessary and curing complete (shuttering where necessary shall be be measured and paid separately) a) In Prop. 1 cement : 3 Sand : 6 Coarse agg. by volume

Providing and laying plain/reinforced cement concrete work with coarse sand & 20 mm down graded stone aggregate including dewatering if necessary and curing complete supply of materials but excluding cost of form work and reinfircement for reinforced cement concrete work ( form work and reinforcement will be measured and paid separately ) (I) Using mixture machine (A ) In sub-structure upto plinth level. N) Without using admixture, plasticiser b) M 20 grade concrete or Prop 1:1.5:3

Supplying, fitting and fixing in position reinforcement bars conforming to relevent IS code, for reinforced cement concrete works / RB walling including straightening, cleaning, cutting and bending to proper shapes and length as per details, supplying and binding with 20G annealed black wire and placing in position with proper blocks, supports, chairs, spacers etc. completed. (No extra measurement for lap, hook, chair, anchor etc. will be entertained in the measurement as they are included in the rate) (Upto 1st floor level) (A) TMT Corrosion resistant steel (CRS) reinforcement bar.

Providing weep holes in Brick masonary/ Plain/Reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall/return wall with 100 mm dia AC pipe, extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1V:20H towards drawing foce. Completed as per drawing and Technical Specification.

Brick work in cement mortar with 1st class brick including racking out joints and dewatering if necessary and curing complete as directed. (I) In Sub-structure upto plinth level including dewatering if necessary b) In proportion 1:4
