Important points to be noted:

● Bidders are requested to refer Section-V, Annexure-1 > Outsources Manpower Details > Table-02(professional manpower list) before quoting the man month price in Table-1 of this financial bid. The price bid of bidders, quoting man-month price less than the minimum threshold wages as mentioned in Section-V, Annexure-1 shall be out-rightly rejected and dis-qualified in financial bid evaluation.

● Bidders shall strictly follow the circular published by Finance Department, Govt. of Bihar vide Memo No.: 2988 dated 23-03-2023 regarding services charges rates for outsourced manpower.

● The rates should be limited to 2 decimal points only.

● In case of variation between rates mentioned in figures & words, the amount in words shall prevail.

● In case of increase/decrease in numbers of manpower, contract duration, the calculation shall accordingly be done.
