COMPREHENSIVE MAINT INCLUDING SMART PERIODICAL AND E/M WORKS AT OFFICERS MD ACCN AT AF STN BKT

Complete removal of existing treatment on wall/roof projections including fascia cornices etc by scrapping with mechanical sander (having mechanical vacuum machine, scrubber) with sanding pad adjustable size according to height of building of appropriate grit to make surface clean free from dust, loose paint,dirt etc by skilled labour complete all as specified and directed. Note:The Contractor shall ensure that all labour deployed for operations such as painting, miscellaneous building repairs and maintenance works, electrical repair and installation works, and testing thereof comply with the Contract Agreement (CA), applicable statutory regulations, and the norms of the concerned regulatory authorities. All necessary safety measures, certifications, and compliance requirements shall be the sole responsibility of the Contractor. No extra payment or claim on this account shall be admissible or entertained by the Department.

M&L for applying 1 mm thick wall care white putty in two layers on walls complete all as specified and directed.

M &L for preparation of newly putty surfaces of finishing walls with paint of required shade applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic exterior emulsion paint of having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004. Alkali & Fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot tinted) with silicon additives @1.43 ltr/10 Sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 ltr/ 10 Sqm on putty surfaces complete all as specified and directed. Note: Primer and Emulsion to be carried out through air less spray machine (Mechanical Means)

M &L for preparation of old painted surfaces of walls with paint of required shade applying one coat of 100% Premium acrylic exterior emulsion paint of having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004. Alkali & Fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot tinted) with silicon additives @1.43 ltr/ 10 Sqm complete all as specified and directed. M&L for preparation of newly putty surfaces of wall by washing rubbing down and stopping and applying two coats of acrylic distemper (Oil emulsion any tint ready mixed Ist quality) having VOC content less than 50 gm/litre on wall by air less spray machine (Mechanical means) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old distempered surfaces and making good uneven sufaces with plaster of Paris putty whereever required of finishing walls by washing rubbing down and stopping of old distempered surface of wall including cornices etc and applying one coat of acrylic distemper (Oil emulsion any tint) on wall by air less spray machine (Mechanical means) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered surfaces of walls by washing, rubbing down and stopping of distemper and painted surfaces & applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a thin layer of wall care putty complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered or unplastered decorated surface of walls and applying one coat of cement base paint by air less spray machine (Mechanical means) of any colour complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered or unplastered decorated surface of walls and making good uneven surfaces with plaster of Paris putty where ever required of finishing and applying two coats of cement base paint, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered surfaces of wall including cornices etc by brooming down or steel wire brushing scrapping down smoke soot moulds and efflorescent salt and treating greasy spots and applying one coat of white wash by air less spray machine (Mechanical means) of any shade and with appropriate binder fevicol or equivalent complete all as specified and directed.
