M&L for prepration of new plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.

M&L Prepration of old surfaces of ceiling and applying two coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.

M&L Rendering 15mm thick in (1:6) CM on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of walls and finishing even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of oil bound distemper on newly putty wall surfaces including necessary scaffoldings etc complete all as specified

M&L for leakage / seepage proof coating consisting of preparing the new surfaces of existing internal walls etc. and applying Primeseal primer of M/s Dr Fixit or equivalent chemical of M/s STP Ltd as approved by the GE or one coat of Chemstic PDE 600 elastomeric coating (and allowing to dry for 8hrs) under torch dry condition and subsequently applying two coats of water proofing decorative elastomeric coating system of M/s Dr Fixit with DFT 100microns or Shalicryl 215 of M/s STP Ltd or Chemstic PDE 600 elastomeric coating (the surfaces after painting one coat shall be allowed to dry for 6 to 8hours before application of next coat) including necessary scaffolding etc complete all as per manufacturer instructions and all as specified & directed. Note: The aforesaid treatment shall be got executed by the contractor from the authorised applicator of the manufacturer(s) and also necessary authenticated documents on account of above shall be submitted by the contractor to the GE.

(c) Provide 20mm thick screed in CM (1:4) with approved water proofing compound and mixture over a layer of non woven geotextile layer. (d) Providing 300x300x20mm thick machine pressed Cement concrete tiles with minimum thickness of joint (n.exc 3mm) and are throughly filled with water proof polymer based joint morter complete all as specified and directed. (The tiles shall be laid to the slop to avoid stagnation of water)

M&L APP modified membrane roof treatment to parapet wall surface to the following specification:- (a) Applying oil bound bitumen primer @0.40 lit / Sqm of density 0.87 - 0.89 Kg/lit of 25 0 C after preparation of surface.
