(b) Apply the first coat the prepared mixer with the help of fully automatic airless spray machine of putty application having flow speed of max 6 ltrs per minutes with a maximum pressure 3300 PSI. (c) Allow 6-8 hrs time to dry the putty surface. Note for Item No 19, 20, 21, 22 & 26 The work shall be executed by authorized applicator of manufacturer.

Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc all as directed.

Taking down existing old unserviceable submain wiring complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for point wiring complete with 1.5 sqmm (nominal cross sectional area) single core PVC insulated heavy duty ISI Marked FRLS unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade with multistranded copper conductor drawn through in and including non metallic rigid PVC conduit not less than 20mm dia concealed on wall /floor /ceiling etc and provision of PVC Insulated heavy duty ISI marked unsheathed copper conductor,1.5 sqmm for earth continuity conductor and connected to common earth dolly including suitable size of sheet metal box 1.6mm thick fixed and flushed inside the walls, with 3mm thick laminated sheet top cover for housing the switches, socket outlests, fan regulators including fixing PVC round block 8 cm dia and 4 cm in depth etc., all as specified and directed for the following: -

(a) One light point controlled by one 5 Amps switch

(b) One ceiling fan/Exhaust fan controlled by one 5 Amps switch

(c) One socket 5 amp on independent board.

(d) One socket 5 amp on Same Board with other switches.

(e) One Bell Point controlled by one Bell Push

All as per item No-127 above but wiring with 2.5 sq mm FRLS copper cable including earth continuty conductor with 2.5 sq mm FRLS copper cable for one 6 pin 15 Amps socket outlet on independent board controlled by 15 Amps switch all as specified and directed. Note for item No.128 : Cutting chases for routing conduit and making good as per the existing where ever necessary shall be measured and paid seperately.

Supply and Fixing in repairs MCB DB SPN 12 way, Double door, 240 V, AC, 50 Hz, with 200Amp rated bus bar including dismantling existing one all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 240V, 10 KA 'B' curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) of single poles and current carrying capacity 5 to 32 AMP, in the MCB DB Complete with connection testing and commissioning including dismantling existing one all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 240V, 10 KA 'B' curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) of single poles and neutral current carrying capacity 40 AMP, in the MCB DB Complete with connection testing and commissioning including dismantling existing one all as specified and directed.

Hanging Only Ceiling fan and connecting up including provision of cable from ceiling rose or connector to fan all as specified, and any addn/alteration /threading if required to down rod shall be done by contractor with out any extra cost Complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix electric water heater, storage type steel body with copper inner tank and heating element upto 2 KW capacity 25 litre, BEE 5 Star rated complete with all accessories such as safety valve, thermostate, NRV, connection piece etc all as specified and directed.

M&L for taking down existing exhaust fan of any size and any capacity including painting and writing MES No. of exhaust fan with one coat of synthetic enamel paint by spraying including filling cavities with filler after cleaning all dust etc all as specified and directed.

Fixing only exhaust fan (M.D. supply) and connecting up including provision of cable from ceiling rose/connector to fan all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing Metal clad switch socket Single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with One single pole MCB SP 20 Amps and fixed in walls Complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down existing KWH meter carefully by disconnecting incoming and out going connection and kept aside including recordrd the SL No ,Qtr No and meter reading ,and reconnecting the same after complete the work all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs PVC hot water connections pipe 15mm size with PTMT nuts of length 600mm all as specified and directed.

S&F of CPVC pipes 16 mm dia SDR 11 & Plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings on walls/ceiling or laying in floors complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 15mm dia, stop valve ,cast copper alloy, screwed down, high pressure with cructh or butterfly handle screwed both ends for iron with union fixed for 16mm dia CPVC pipe all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 15mm dia, Pillar taps, cast copper alloy, with capstan heads, chromium plated, screwed down high pressure, with or without lettered 'Hot' or 'Cold' with long screwed shanks and fly-nuts, screwed for CPVC pipe and fixed all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cutting & screwing existing steel tubing for alternation or addition for 15 mm dia GI pipe all as specified and directed.

M&L for sub-main wiring with two runs of 4 sqmm unsheathed PVC insulated, single core cable with copper stranded conductor drawn through and including suitable dia non metallic rigid PVC white conduit/casing caping and conduit accesories concealed/fixed to wall/roof/floor and including suitable PVC conduit with 4 sqmm copper earth wire after taking out the existing sub-main wiring, making good to the distrubed surfaces also matching the existing surfaces all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: 2 runs of cable and one run earth wire and conduit will be measured as one length. .

M&L for sub-main wiring with two runs of 2.5 sqmm unsheathed PVC insulated, single core cable with copper stranded conductor drawn through and including suitable dia non metallic rigid PVC white conduit/casing caping and conduit accesories concealed/fixed to wall/roof/floor and including suitable PVC conduit with 2.5 sqmm copper earth wire after taking out the existing sub-main wiring, making good to the distrubed surfaces also matching the existing surfaces all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: 2 runs of cable and one run earth wire and conduit will be measured as one length. .

M & L for cutting chases, pinning in, making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc.; and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring, etc. and making good, cutting not exceeding 10 cm girth all as specified and directed.
