M&L for rewinding of ceiling fan of size 1200mm sweep with super enamelled copper winding wire of existing gauge, reassembling the same complete including taking down the fan,cleaning and replacement of split pin, rubber reel, clamp, check nuts, flexible cord of size 3 core of suitable size complete and refixing the fan after repairs complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting of ceiling fan, wall mounted fan, exhaust fan, Air circulator & Pedestal fan with synthetic enamel paint by spray painting machine including filling cavities with filler one coat after cleaning all dust etc including writing of MES No complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rewinding of wall mounted fan of size upto 600mm sweep with super enamelled copper winding wire of appropriate gauge of any make or model including taking down the fan,cleaning and replacement of minor parts such as shaft bush, condenser of wall mounted fan and reassembling , testing and refixing the fan after repairs complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rewinding of exhaust fan of size upto 300 mm sweep with super enamelled copper winding wire of appropriate gauge of any make or model, reassembling the same complete including taking down the fan,cleaning and replacement of split pin, rubber reel, clamp, check nuts, flexible cord of size 3 core of suitable size complete and refixing the fan after repairs complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 4.00 above but exhaust fan of size 380 mm and 450mm sweep.

M&L for rewinding of Air circulator fan/pedstal fan of size upto 600mm sweep with super enamelled copper winding wire of appropriate gauge of any make or model ,reassembling and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & replacement of ball bearing No 6201 for ceiling fan/exhaust fan including taking out old bearing complete all as specified and directed. Make- SKF/NBC/Tata.

Supply & replacement of ball bearing No 6202 for Ceiling fan/Exhaust fan including taking out old bearing complete all as specified and directed. Make- SKF/NBC/Tata.

Supply only capacitor 2.5 mfd complete all as specified and directed. Make- EPCOS/Havells/M-CAP .

Supply & replacement of canopy (Top & bottom) as per sample for ceiling fan including dismantling complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & replacement of Gun metal bush for ceiling fan/Pedestal an/Air circulator/wall fan etc including dismantling complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only PVC insulated, PVC sheathed 3 core copper flexible cable round of each core size 0.75 Sqmm , complete all as specified and directed. Make-Havells/Plaza/Finolex/Polycab.

Supply only Fan down rod made out of GI pipe (light grade) 15mm bore and 0.60m to 1.20 meter long including rubber real and suitable nuts and bolts,safty pin complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only exhaust fan louvers made out of mild steel suitable for exhaust fan of size 300mm sweep including taking down oldcomplete all as specified and directed.

Taking down the unseviceable geyser of any capacity and in any position horizontal or vertical and disconnection of electric/water supply lines for repair/over hauling/replacement of unserviceable parts and and re-fixing the geyser in serviceable condition after assembling, testing & reconnecting the electric & water supply line complete all as specified and directed. (Note- Replacement of spare parts shall be measured and paid separately).
