Supply installation testing & commissioning of IK08 & IP56 3 phase 440V 50Hz ,7.5kw capacity centralized control and monitoring system panel (CCMS) made of fire retardent SMC steel material having lock & suitable for schedule on/off of street lights having following provision: Inbuilt on chip integreted energy metering with 3 nos CT having class 1 accuracy, Three phase auto phase selector power supply with withstanding capability up to 500 VAC, Instant mode, Fixed Mode, Astronomical Mode, Hybrid Mode, Interval Mode, Offset in Sunset and Sunrise Timing for scheduling, Provision for measurement of all three phase electrical parameters like voltage, current, power factor, power, frequency, energy with atleast class 1 accuracy and compliant with IS13779 standard, UV-OV protection, backup battery 8 hrs, Andriod/iOS app and software to operate form computer, provision to add display device externally, support for RS485 communication , inbuilt GSM/GPRS 4G modem with 2G fallback, Real time GPS based clock, calendar, lithium ion battery backup for RTC clock, Three relay output, Minimum Ninety days data memory inbuilt backup facility, Controller shall be type tested with NABL approved lab for EFT or burst testing for conducted immunity in accordance with IEC 610000-4-4, For Future upgradation CCMS panel shall supports wireless Low Power Sub Ghz (865 – 867 MHz) communication with a maximum 100 nos. of individual node/Luminaire controller which can monitor ON/OFF status & Flicker detection of led lamp up to 400W. Network should support self-forming and self-healing RF mesh with open field range of 200 m. CCMS panel enclosure shall be made of Mild Steel material of minimum 16 gauge with MS base sheet of appropriate thickness. It shall have Four Pole Incoming MCB of 63 Amp, Single Pole Outgoing MCB of 32 Amp , 3 latching Relays with 63 Amp and 2P Rotary switch and MCB for Maintenance and Bypass Operation. Software should have undergone a "Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT)" as per OWASP, SANS CWE 24 or CERT-In Standard. Dedicated IoT communication GSM/GPRS SIMCard (with minimum 2 years of recharge)for 4G Communication with software application. 2 Year Data Hosting & Server Charges to be included with software. Software application should utilize a Low-Code/No-Code platform to simplify development and customization. It must be hardware-agnostic and compatible with other IoT-based smart city applications. Pole mounting/surface mounting stand shall be included.

Providing & Laying P.V.C. / XLPE insulated & P.V.C. sheathed Arrmoured Aluminium cable confirming to IS:1554 P-I / IS :7098 P - I of 1.1 KV with H4- Grade electrolytic aluminium conductor confirming to IS 8130 of purity >99.6 %, Inner / outer sheath confirming to IS:5831 in existing RCC / Hume / Stoneware / PVC pipe/ open duct/cable trench / Cable tray (with cable tie) including testing etc. as required of following size. OEM must have it's own in house NABL accrediated Laboratory for testing procedure as per IS:10810. For additional technical parameters of product / work refer Annexure 'A' attached with this BSR

Plate Earthing as per IS:3043 with Hot dipped G.I. Earth plate of size 600mm x 600mm x 6.0mm by embodying 3 to 4 mtr. below the ground level with 20 mm dia. G.I. 'B' class watering Pipe ,including all accessories like nut, bolts, reducer, nipple, wire meshed funnel, and Heavy duty weather proof poly-propylene earth pit chamber with lockable Jam free lid suitable for safe working load 5000 Kg or more of size Top Dia. 225 to 260 mm, Bottom Dia 300 to 350 mm. and Height 250 to 300 mm. and embodying the pipe complete with alternate layers salt and coke/ charcoal, testing of earth resistance for value of 5 ohms or less as required & must record by engineer in-charge during site visit and ensure to enter in measurment book.All as per pre approved by Engineer in-charge.
