Excavation in trenches n. exc 1.5 m wide and n. exc 1.5 m in depth for laying of pipe, n'exc 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil all as specified and directed

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc 25 Cms in soft/loose soil all as specified and directed

Removing excavated material (soil) n. exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.5 m above the starting point as specified and directed..

Taking up or down old unserviceable CI/DI pipe and connections from excavated trenches complete all as specified and directed of following size:- Note: Excavation and earth work will be measured and paid separately.

Supply,laying,jointing and testing of ductile iron (DI) , pressure pipes with spigot and socket ends, centrifugally cast class K-7 , with cement mortar lining in inner side as per IS 8329 and other relevant standards followed by a finishing layer of epoxy paint in outer side, suitable for push on joint ( rubber gasket joint ) in any length with inside cement mortar lining incl tyton rubber push on joint laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed of following sizes:-

Re-fixing of CI/DI water mains as obtained from item No - 11 after de-scaling/cleaning in trenches/walls/ floors complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement of valve pit cover for chamber size 1200x1200x1200 mm made out of 3mm thick mild steel plain sheet and frame work of angle iron of size 40x40x6 mm thick incl providing 4 Nos mild steel butt hinges 100 mm size and MS handle of flat iron fabricated and two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer and including preparation of steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed

M & L in replacement for construction of brick masonry valve pits with sub-class 'B' brick built in cement mortar (1:6) of size 900 x 900 x 900 mm (internal dimension) with one brick walling and 150 cm x150 cm x 10 cm base foudation with PCC 1:3:6 rendering cement plastering 10 mm thick with cement mortar (1:4) on internal & exposed surfaces, including MS cover of size 01 mtr x 01 mtr made out from 3 mm thick MS sheet including 40 x 40 x 5 mm angle iron framing on MS cover as well as on top wall of the valve pit & painting of the MS cover with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including necessary earth work & demolitioln of the existing old valve pit all as specified and as directed.

M & L in replacement for construction of valve pits with sub-class 'B' brick built in cement mortar (1:6) of size 600 x 600 x 600 mm (internal dimension) with one brick walling and 120 cm x10 cm x 10 cm base foudation with PCC 1:3:6 rendering cement plastering 10 mm thick with cement mortar (1:4) on internal & exposed surfaces, including MS cover of size 75 x 75 cm made out from 3 mm thick MS sheet including 30 x 30 x 5 mm angle iron framing on MS cover as well as on top wall of the valve pit & painting of the MS cover with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including necessary earth work & demolitioln of the existing old valve all as specified and as directed.
