Demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles

M & L for Brickwork with sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 all as specified.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc

M&L Rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished with even and fair without using extra cement all as specified.

S & F in repairs Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured).

Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for.

M & L for angles or tee sections, fixed by welding with existing angles or steel section etc confirmed to Fe-410-W-Gde-E-250 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Preparation of new surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on new steel surfaces.

M & L for Preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant priming paint on external surfaces of walls.

Taking down steel gates from its position and repair the same including thorughtining alignment properly including welding additional stiffer, brases, pintol hinges locking arrangement etc and erecting the same back in position after applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint in area of gate n.exc 5.00 Sqmtr all as directed. Note : Necessary MS sections such as angle, pipe, bars, flats etc will be measured and paid seperately.

Dismantling fencing / wire mesh, any type

Supply and fix Chain link mild steel galvanised fencing, PVC coated 60 x 60mm aperture and 10 gauge wire fixed with nuts and bolts etc all as directed.

Supply and fix Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 5cm but n exc 10cm long with diameter of shank 11 to 15mm all as specified

Supply and fix 10mm dia MS round bars including welding with necessary lapping all as directedGde IS-432 (Part-I) all as specified.

Surface excavation not exceeding 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft.loose soil.

M&L 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using (40mm gradeed crushed stone aggregates) as in sub-base under floor surface.

Removing excavated material to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point all as specified
