Earthwork excavation for foundation in all soils and sub soils and to full depth as may be direacted except in rock requiring blasting but inclusive of shoring, strutting and baling water wherver necessary and depositing the surplus earth within the compound in places shown by departmental officers with an initial lead of 10m and lift of 2m and clearing and levelling the site etc., complete.

Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (One Cement, Four sand and Eight hard broken stone jelly) using 40 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation including dewatering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick, well rammed, consolidation etc., complete complying with standard specification.

supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including supports and strutting upto 3.29m height for plane surface in all floors with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90 cm. x 60 cm. and 10 gauge stiffened, welded with mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm for boarding laid over silver oak (country wood) joist of size 10 cm x 6.5 cm dia spaced at about 90 cm. centre to centre and supported by casuarina props of 10 cm to 13 cm. dia spaced at 75 cm. centre to centre etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed for the following items.

Supplying and fabrication of of steel including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete.

RCC -1:1.5:3 using 20 mm metal (ISS HBG metal) including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc

Brick work in cm 1: 5 mix using country brick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labor charges etc.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 using 12mm thick over the cement concrete for floor finish including curing etc complete

Painting using Plastic emulsion paint including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc
