Supply & Delivery of Microprocessor based air cooled 2 TR celling suspended non -inverter ductabte type Split Air Conditioner having nominal cooling capacity of 132000 BTU/hr. CFM-800, at ISI condition suitable for operation on 415V / 230V .. 5% - 50 Hz. - 3Ph/1Ph AC supply Each unit consist of two nos scroll compressor with R-410A Refrigerant . (Make- O-General / Mitsubishi HIL/Mitsubishi Electric )

Installation testing & commissioning of above 2 Ton AC machines by fixing the indoor with L shaped 50x50x6mm MS angle structure of required size approved by EIC, duly fixed to the wall by fastener and nut bolts etc and also edge of the structure to be fixed from the ceilling with 12mm full threaded suspender bolt with double nut & spring washer and painting of the entire structure complete as directed by the EIC.

Supply and Erection of Outdoor structure made by 75X40mm MS U channel for base and anglular support from wall including grouting the same inclined and horizontally to the wall with damage mending and 20 mm x 5 mm M.S. Flat duly flat welded and fabricated by 6" gap in the side 25 x 25 x 5 mm M.S. angle four side by the instruction of E.I.C. and of the grill side duly welded by Co's own tools & tackles, hing 2-Palla door in upper and lower portion incl S&F of 7 lever Godrej Lock & Key and cutting by gas cutter including S&F of MS wire Net (8 SWG ) with 1"x1" gap to be fixed on grill guard incl painting the holl structure after preparation by two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of R.O. Primer as per direction of the E.I.C. [Size - 9'-6" (L) x 4' (D) x 4' (H) ]

Supply, installation & commissioning Copper Refrigeration pipe line for liquid (1/4" OD SD mini 1.15 mm thick) line with 9 mm thick nilrlle rubber, insulation tape, supports & brackets .(Make-Ryoku/Nippon)

Supplying,Fitting & fixing In position suspended boxing for return/supply air arrangement for ductlng / ac machines with frame work of aluminium hollow section of size 50mm x25mm (2.0mm thickness) combined with aluminium corners of size 38mm x 25mm,suspended by aluminium hollow tube section of size 38mm x 25mm, 25mm x 25mm powder coated wall angle with aluminium composit panel of thickness 3.0mm comprising of protective film, polyester coating, primer, aluminium coil, adhesive film, polyethylene core again with one layer adheswe film, aluminium bottom coating and finally service coating as per manufacturer's specification finished with aluminium screw and silicon sealent Including suitable arrangement for grill fixing complete In all respect as per direction or EIC.

Charges for Civil Work like Wall cutting & finishing as per direction or EIC.

Dismantling of the existing panel at Gynae OPD after disconnecting the existing connections as per direction of EIC.

The Agency must procure the materials from the Manufacturer / OEM or from their authorised sales channel so that the standard warranty / support of the Manufacturer / OEM becomes applicable to the products to be delivered and installed by them. Documents that authenticates such procurement from the Manufacturer / OEM or from their authorized sales channel and standard warranty / support should be sent from the e-mail of the Manufacturer / OEM / authorized sales channel to the e-mail of Engineer-in-Charge and hard copy of it to be submitted during execution, of work/ submission of bill. If any refurbished material is supplied and installed, penal action will be taken as per existing rules

Defect Liability Period - 1 (One) year
