Mintenance of 500 KVA DG set every 250 hours of operation or six months whichever is earlier as per manufacturers recommendation as given below :- Make of DG set CATER PILLER

a) Draining out the engine oil, replacing of engine oil Cat No. CATDEO C-14, PAIL- 40 Ltrs.

b) Replacment of fuel filter primary at No. AS-FU-IR-0749-01 No.

c) Replacment of fuel filter secondary Cat No.1335673-01 No.

d) Replacment of oil filter Cat No.AS-LU-IR-1808-02 Nos

e) Water coolant for radiator Cat No.CAT-ELC-238-8684-4 Litres.

f) Replacement of air filter-01No. part No.2465009 make catter pillar

g) Repalcement of rocker arm cover seal -03 Nos. ( Part No. 2429537)

h) Inspection of EMCP and making serviceable oil pressure and coolant temperature indicators functional by replacement of unserviceable parts.

g) complete check up of diesel engine and alternator.

Note:- (i) Rate quoted shall be inclusive of replacing of all spare parts, engine oil / coolant required for 250 hours maintenance. (ii) Maintenance work shall be carried out through authorized dealer of caterpiller.

Maintenance of 250 KVA DG Set every 250 hours of operation as per manufacturers recommendation as given below:-

a) Changing of engine oil(20W50)- 40 Ltrs

b) Replacing of air filter element.

c) Check tightness of all nuts and bolts.

d) Greasing of generator set as applicable

e) Replacing of oil filters

f) Check air and hoses pipe for tightness and replace of required all as directed by engineer in charge.

g) Check zine protective pys and coupling disel of fual pump drive

h) Check tightness of pulley and replace fan belts all as directed.

j) Check and reset valve clearance.

k) Check speed governor and engine shut down for proper functioning.

l) check battery lead terminals and clean the terminal put petroleum jally on battery terminals and add electrolyte to in lead acid battery if required all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

m) Check and correct functioning oil engine safety devices.

Maintenance of 30 KVA DG Set every 250 hours of operation or six months which ever is earlier as per manufactures recommendation as given below:-

a) Changing of engine oil (20W50)- 7 Ltrs

b) Replacing of air filter element.

c) Check tightness of all nuts and bolts.

d) Greasing of generator set as applicable

e) Replacing of oil filters

f) Check air and hoses pipe for tightness and replace of required all as directed by engineer in charge.

h) Check tightness of pulley and replace fan belts all as directed.

j) Check and reset valve clearance.

Note for item Nos 1 to 5 :-spares switch's belts/MB pipes/ Hoess spares required will be measured and paid separately under supply only under relevant items.

Dismantling of unserviceable Dynamo 12 Volts from DG Set 500 KVA Make Cater pillar for replacement of regulator etc and reassembling the same to original position inculding all necessary connection , testing complete all as specified and directed

Supply only fan belt set for DG set 250 KVA make cotton greaves complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only fan belt set for DG set 500 KVA make cotton greaves complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement battery 12 Volts, 180AH, Make Exide with indicators such as 'ADD distilled water' , 'NEEDS Charging', 'OK' complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of unserviceable centrifugal / mono block pump set of 05 HP capacity 3 phase 415 Volts and removing electric connections from panel board and pipeline opening of pump set motor taking out old unserviceable burnt copper winding and rewinding the motor with supper enameled copper conductor ISI marked with Dr Beck insulation papers binding cloth etc, servicing the pumpset by greasing and repllacement of gland packing gasket etc reassembling and installing in its original position including reconnecting with eleectric and pipe line testing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of unserviceable centrifugal pumpset of 25 HP capacity 3 phase 415 Volts and removing electric connections from panel board and pipeline opening of pump set motar taking to work shop, taking out old unserviceable burnt copper winding and rewinding the motor with supper enameled copper conductor ISI marked with Dr Beck insulation varnish including all ISI marked insulating papers binding cloth etc, servicing the pumpset by greasing and repllacement of gland packing gasket etc reassembling and installing in its original position including reconnecting with electric and pipe line testing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for lifting of unserviceable submersible pump set of 15 HP capacity 3 Phase 415 volts from bore well along with 50 mm dia GI pipe (approximate 90 metre depth)by disconnecting electric connection from panel board and pipe connections from pump set, with the help of tri pod cain pulley etc and keeping aside for maintenance or sending it for repairs to work shop Note:- Lowering shall be measured separately.

Material and labour for repairs to submercible pump set, 3 Ph,415 V,15 HP by opening it,removing old burnt winding and rewinding the motor complete with water proof super enamelled copper conductor ISI marked, reassembling the set after repairs testing at work shop, bringing back to site from workshop, lowering the pump set in bore well including connecting all pipe line and electric connections and testing commissioning complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Lowering incl connecting pipes, cables and testing etc shall be measured separately.

Repairs to pump set by dismantling of pump set carefully, pump type, UP 80/38, Make Kirloskar brothers directly coupled, electric motor driven 25 HP including complete servicing and replacing of bushes, gland packing bearings nut bolts shaft, PVC cooling pipe etc including reassembling reinstalling at site and testing complete.

Note:- Rate quoted shall be only for overhauling and repairs including taking down and refixing complete with testing, however rates for items replaced will be measured and paid separately except for gland packing.

M & L for servicing & maintenance of High mast light 16 meter high installed with 9 Nos of MH 2x400 WATTS fittings complete including checking of hoisting system and testing complete.

M & L for servicing & maintenance of neon board light of capacity 40 Amps installed at roof top by cheking controlled cables, power circuit,including replacement of unserviceable neon lamps suitable for existing shape of lamps tube and testing complete.

M & L for servicing / maint of ACB 800 amps, 4 pole Electric draw out type model AH-8D-CS by complete opening of ACB cleaning of ACB, arc chutes servicing moving parts , tightening of all conections ,greasing of moving all recommended parts, alignment of terminal and jaw contacts

Opening of top cover of 250 KVA transformer de tanking of transformer upto below HT bush level, disconnecting of HT/LT side bushes carefully with out damaging the transformer primary winding, removing un-serviceable LT bushing / HT bushing complete and replace with new bushing with brass terminal complete including replacement of un-serviceable cork sheet gasket complete to preventoil leakage from transformer and reconnecting refilling of transformer oil after filtration and reassembling of top cover by replacing new cork sheet insulation complete including testing and commissioning of transformer complete for the following.

Note:- Filtration of transformer oil will be measured and paid separately under relevant item.

LT Bushing complete with brass stud, washers nuts etc complete as per sample

Filtration and dehydration of transformer oil through steam line filters to achieve and withstan 40 KV dia electric strength for 1 minute with an air gap of 2.5mm including testing of oil before and after filtration all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply only new transformer oil having not less than 60 KV die electric strength of 2.5 cm air gap for transformers all as specified and directed. Note:- Contractor shall submit the test result of transformer oil in duplicate to Engr-in-charge.

M&L for painting of transformer of capacity 250 KVA outside of body completely including cleaning the body scrubbing throughly and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer of existing shade of paitns to transformer including writing the MES No all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix flat cable 3 core 6 sqmm coppper conductor PVC insulated PVC sheathed laid along with GI pipe inside bore well including connecting up testing commissioning complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement love joy coupling (star coupling) as per sample suitable for 25 HP pump set incl diconnecting motor keeping aside , fixing of love joy coupling and reassembling of motor and testing for its smooth running , Love joy coupling.

Material and labour for one coat of synthetic enemel paint including preparation of surfaces on steel surfaces including writing SM No and MES No complete as directed( Pump set capacity of 10 Hp)
