Charges for attending to Commissioning activities work in three shifts and for upkeeping of the Bottom Ash Hopper area and its equipments like Bottom Ash Hoppers, Scraper Chain Conveyors system (SCC), Clinker grinder with discharge pipe, Hydraulic Power Pack system and its pipelines, Accumulator Assembly (Power pack system) for auto chain tensioning and its pipelines,Economizer hoppers & its pipeline's and ensuring the free and continuous flow of ash from Eco hoppers & all valves, LP water Pumps and its connected pipelines, Jet pumps, Discharge Gates & all valves in this area for one operation as per the instructions of Engineer-in-charge.

Charges for attending to Commissioning activities work in three shifts and for upkeeping of the Transport air compressor house and its equipments like compressors after cooler, drier, receivers, Heaters, Blowers, EOT crane and its connected air line & water lines, Vacuum pump House and its all equipments and its connected air iines up to buffer hopper and ESP hopper sand ESP Hoppers and Ash conveying Pipes in the ESP Area and ”ensuring the free and continuous flow of fly ash from ESP hopper to fly ash Buffer Hoppers and ensuring the free and continuous flow of fly ash from APH & Duct hoppers to Buffer hoppers, fluidizing lines from Heaters & blowers to ESP hoppers, Buffer Hoppers, Silos and fty ash conveying pipe lines from FAE to silo,ESP hoppers and its pneumatic lines & Valves, solenoid valves and gate valves in this area for one operation as per the instructions of Engineer-in-charge.

Charges for Commissioning activities works in Slurry Pump House and for up-keeping of the equipments, Renewal of gland packing in HP & LP Ash Water Pumps, Ash Slurry Disposal Pumps for both bottom ash & fly ash, HP & LP Seal Water Pumps, Dust Conditioner Pumps, Renewal/tightening of V-belts in Ash Slurry Disposal Pump, tightness checking of coupling bolts and Bed bolts, Equipment's Lubrication, Inspection of Oil level & Oil topping up in Fluidized Coupling etc. in this area for one operation as per the instructions of Engineer-in-charge.
