Improvement of internal communication systems by replacing the existing setup with an IP-based PBX system and IP phone sets at Shimsha HES

The intending Bidder shall have successfully carried out work of Supply, Installation & commissioning/Repair/AMC of IPPBX/EPABX/OFC/telecommunication network in any in Central or State Govt. or PSUs or any reputed private organizations. In this regard, the intending bidder shall have successfully carried out the said work as Prime Contractor in a single Work done/work completion certificate of value not less than Rs.0.84 Lakhs in last preceding five financial years and shall furnish copy of the related Work order and corresponding Work done/work completion certificate issued by the competent authority as documentary evidence. (Cost of completed works of previous years will be given 10 percent of simple weightage per year to bring them to current year price level).

The intending bidder in his name shall have achieved in at least two financial years an average annual turnover of Rs. 1.69 Lakhs in the last preceding five years and furnish annual turnover certificate OR Profit & Loss statements duly certified by the Chartered Accountant. (Cost of completed works of previous years will be given 10 percent of simple weightage per year to bring them to current year price level).
